Recently thier restaurant food quality is downgraded and its flavorless.

I visited your store this morning to make a purchase and needed assistance with a question. We waited for more than an hour before an associate finally arrived. Even then, there was no cashier available, and another customer with a large number of packages was also waiting to pay.

We ended up waiting for over two hours, yet no one answered our question or offered any assistance. We asked to speak with the cashier supervisor or the store manager, but neither of them took the time to listen to our concerns. They were so busy that they could not spare even a few moments to help us.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The staff showed a lack of professionalism and did not seem to know how to communicate with or assist customers properly.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received and, because of this experience, I do not want to return to this store again. I sincerely hope management takes steps to improve customer service and provide better training for its employees so that other customers do not have to go through the same experience.

I’m going to share my experience with that unprofessional market .We bought some bolani for lunch after 40 minutes of waiting we got the order. The food is full of salt and oil too much. I will definitely reporting that market to FDA soon

This restaurant customer service Disrespect people. They don’t know what respect means.

When you call that restaurant and order of food and you go for pick up And then they will make it for you and you after you go . You should wait 45 minutes.
Second time that happened and the food is the test. Too much oil and rice Lamb kebab is not cook at the right way.

I would give zero stars if that were an option. While other staff members were polite and professional, my experience with the cashier was unacceptable.

On June 22 at approximately 2:30 PM, the cashier on duty repeatedly left the cash register and walked around the store. During this time, she engaged in an argument with me that escalated into intimidating and harassing behavior. At one point, she made physical contact with customers, which felt inappropriate and raised serious safety concerns.

The cashier was wearing a white top and a jean skirt, and her face was partially covered. Her conduct was aggressive, unprofessional, and inconsistent with the expected duties of a cashier, which should include remaining at the register, assisting customers respectfully, and maintaining a safe environment.

Due to this behavior, I felt uncomfortable and unsafe and chose to leave the store without completing my purchase. I was able to buy the same items at another location without issue.

I strongly recommend that management review surveillance footage from the specified date and time and take appropriate corrective action. Customers should not be subjected to harassment, intimidation, or unwanted physical contact while shopping.

Great food and a nice variety of Asian groceries. Everything was fresh, the service was good, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I really enjoyed shopping and eating here.
