Only 2 people in the whole place at lunch had to park for cheese curds ok but after 5 minutes we have a problem .

Worst A&W place ever and worst crew for a fastfood.. they get your order wrong and act like its your fault. Then make you go around the drive through to order again. Seriously stale fries, cold burger and super small old chicken tenders. That's what you'll get for 21 dollars s. I thought fast food couldn't get worse....it probably can't get worse than this!!

Every single time I order from this specific location they ALWAYS forget at least 1 thing wether it’s on doordash or through the drive through, they literally don’t follow basic instructions, definitely needs new employees as well. I placed an order today and even called to make sure they had everything correct and asked them to read it back TWICE and they still managed to forgot my drink and the food was sitting for so long everything was cold by the time I got it. Just go to any location besides this one.

The whole lunch crew should be fired! It took me twice around the drive through, and a trip back inside by the employee because they forgot my chili fries. My burger was cold. It took them 39 minutes to get it wrong! Negative Stars!

Coincidentally, my wife and I were talking about A&W last week in L.A. and she wanted to eat there. Unfortunately there wasn't one near us. We then moved to Sacramento. Today I asked he what she wanted for lunch and she replied, "Surprise Me." So I was driving to the grocery store and stumbled upon an A&W. So I stopped there on my way back from the store. I ordered two cheeseburger combos, and a Coney Chili Dog. When I got to the window and paid, I was asked to drive around to the front and park as it would be a minute to complete my order. So I did. I sat and waited patiently, for 10 minutes and no food. So I went to Yelp and got the number and called the restaurant. They told me that they were just finishing up the chili dog and they would be right out. I told them I was concerned about the other food being hot. They said not to worry, it will be hot. So a minute later the guy came out with the bag. He handed it to me through the window and scurried off. I reached into the bag, and sure enough, the fries were barely warm. So I walked into the restaurant (Which was closed to customers due to COVID) Only the food delivery services were allowed inside. The floor was wet. I walked up to the counter and let them know that my food was cold and would like it to be redone. She handed me the chili dog stating that it was just made and was hot. It felt warm so I took it to the car as I figured it would take a minute or two for the other part of the order. TEN MINUTES LATER, I went BACK inside because it was taking so long. As I made it to the counter, the woman walked over and handed me the bag, and stated that they were just waiting for the FRESH Fries to be ready. I had been at this place for more than 25 minutes, This is not Fast Food at all! I walked out and drove home. I was excited to surprise my wife with the A&W meal when I got home. She had a big smile and was eager to eat the surprise meal. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. The chili dog was cold as expected, and was definitely nothing like the picture. Very unattractive. The first bite I took was burnt and quite frankly disgusting. I threw it in the trash. The fries were hot and tasty, and the burgers were warm and very poor quality. The Root Beer (Diet) was GREAT. I do not imagine that I would ever go there again
