I tried Turnt Up Food Truck quite a while back and I'm glad I did. Most food trucks suffer from mediocre food or just a simple lack of personality, but Turnt Up has a creative take on almost any type of cuisine. I went with the Korean BBQ torts, which was a fresh and flavorful mix of juicy Korean beef, Monterey Jack cheese, cilantro, green onions, sesame, ginger and shredded cabbage. My hubby and I stumbled on this gem after attending the Folsom Pro Rodeo and boy were we satisfied! We got the Boss Hog burger with added pulled pork & Piggy fries - both very generous portions, they do not skimp here! Only complain is we do not have Facebook to find out where they park the truck throughout the week, we will sure be looking out for it though!

I keep forgetting to take pictures whenever I encounter Bacon MANia. The food is so good!! Every time there's A food truck event, my family always attends and we seek out Bacon MANia 1st!! I don't even have a favorite because everything is delicious! So flavorful.
