Service is poor. We walked in at 10 minutes before closing time and we were not greeted. We bought four ice creams and one in a waffle cone which felt apart. When we asked to get another cone showing that it was breaking, we were looked as if we were nuts to ask and given some explanation of how the cones are made. I demanded a new cone and the workers looked at each other and agreed to honor the request as they gave each other looks as we walked out. My husband says that in the past, the customer was always right and that nowadays the customer is always wrong. This became a teaching moment with my kids about what doing the right thing is all about.

I was a little disappointed that they weren't able to make a root beer freeze Baskin-Robbins used to be able to do this it's basically just a root beer milkshake but the ice cream was predictably good and the service was as well

Great staff! Absolutely TERRIBLE owners! Shame on them for leaving their employees (the people making them money) with no A/C especially in this heat. Unacceptable! There should be repercussions.

I was just in there getting my family icecream and a smoothie and omg it was like 115°. Me and my son almost passed out! The AC is not working but there are workers still inside working! I asked one of the employees how long had the AC not bn working thinking it was for a few hours and she said since FRIDAY! IT IS SUNDAY AND WE ARE IN A HEAT WAVE! The owner should be sued! Forget a review about the icecream the conditions they have those employees working in is illegal. I bet if the refrigerator stopped working a maintenance worker would be in there fixing stuff immediately. I feel so bad for those kids working in there

Love the ice cream but today was disappointing! Had to take our order to go because it was extremely hot. According to employees air conditioning isn't working and hasn't been throughout this heat wave. So took some quarts to go and just going to say a prayer for the poor employees suffering in this heat. Baskin ribbons do better. Even the ice cream is melting as people are leaving!

Walked in to buy a ice cream cake for mother's Day and other stuff with a $100 bill which obviously my balance would have came out $50 or more and they do not take any bills over $20 for a place in crocker village that is a ridiculous policy but no worries I took my money to Safeway instead everything was cheaper even the ice cream cake. Forget Baskin-Robbins Safeway is cheaper..
Store says it closes at 9:00.... My friend & I show up at 8:20PM & OPEN sign is on but front door is LOCKED as the employees continue to sweep & scrape the ice creams. This has happened the last four times that I have showed up to this B.R franchise. This location has punk a** kids running the night shift who want to clock out ASAP. These kids are turning down a lot of business & helping the store lose tons of money... including mine. Asian kid with the glasses does not care about the customers as he also turned down a doordasher at the door. Safe to say I will not be visiting this baskin robins again nor should you. Save your time & money.

Ok, several times I have come here at 8:30 before they close which says 9pm... they have the open sign on and lock the doors. Tonight a lot of people coming to the door, and they won't let anyone in. I got in behind an Uber, and they said they have to leave by 9pm. I said, if that was the case then why does it say 9pm closed and not 8:30? These kids who work here are a total joke. Whoever owns this location needs to start watching their employees since they are losing a lot of business. You

Last week I went to get ice cream after my appointment, there were two young men working in BR, the one helping me really didn't know his ice cream flavors.He was scooping a flavor that I didn't request and I had to tell him a couple of times which one it was. Shouldn't they know the flavors especially with labels on the windows? Tonight I went to get ice cream again. There was a lady working there. I was the only customer, she was in the back putting icing on a cake. She took a while to come help me then when she asked me about the cones. I wasn't sure because where she was pointing at, I couldn't see from where I was standing. She gave me an attitude. YES, I still got my ice cream but definitely not going back there again. Poor customer service is not something I care to support.

Every year on this day for the last five years I have gotten a strawberry milkshake in memory of my brother. Today I went to this BR and order the shake. Truly the worst strawberry milkshake I ever had. It was more milk than anything, way to runny. I even told the guy who rang me up that I didn't think the guy making the shake was doing it right. He couldn't have cared less. Next year, I will not be going back here fro my shake.
