This location is horrible. Yesterday, 6/17/25 around 7pm, my son and I each got a scoop of cherries jubilee. The cashier Joshua was extremely rude and obviously didn't want to be there. When we got the ice-cream, he just put it down and said, "here". He did not give up a receipt, but that was fine. We got home and put the ice-cream in the freezer for after dinner. Horrible customer service by the older female that works in the afternoon at this location. Every time you ask her something she tells you “I can’t do that” and is only motivated to get to the back and be in her phone. Don’t recommend coming here if you like a mixture of flavors.
The lady working here wasn’t very friendly. She wouldn’t let us sample any flavors and was checking her text messages in the middle of packing our order.

Baskin-Robbins is a chain restaurant that serves ice cream. The service can be a bit confusing, but it's quick. The atmosphere is pleasant, with music played at a tolerable level, and the restaurant is clean with a good-sized parking lot. While some employees provide excellent, inviting service, others may not meet the same standards. The ice cream is consistently good, and some staff members, like Neel and Lenny, go above and beyond to provide a great experience.
