I cannot say enough about the great customer service experience. I was frantically looking for a cake the same day of my daughter's birthday. I called the store and the manager was so helpful and he got my cake order done in less than 2 hours! He saved my daughter's 10th Birthday. Thank you so much! I am a forever customer now.

The worker who was serving us had the longest dark colored hair on his arms and hands and knuckle’s. Watching him scoop my ice cream was absolutely disgusting.Please, cover your arms with appropriate shirt, with sleeves. And for Godsake, glove up and maybe groom them knuckles!

It's Baskin-Robbins, you'd have to mess up pretty hard to mess it up. These folks are nice and the ice cream is not the best around, but it's still good. They sell ice cream cakes at a reasonable price and when there is a line it moves pretty fast. The place regularly looks messy though so they loose 1 ⭐.
One of the greatest place for the ice cream,kids loved the experience, specially the dinosaur ice cream logo.overall a very enjoyable moments. Well definitely recommend this place if you were going with kids or by yourself.

Been coming here off and on for years and never had a bad experience and always great ice cream! The kids who work here are super friendly and attentive! The owner knows how to bite the best.I used to like getting the "To go" quarts of ice cream, but the franchise really raised the price a lot on those, so I won't be I indulging in those anymore....not the fault of this particular location, just had to mention it.They also do a great job of the ice cream cakes here, too.

I am giving a 5-star review today for two reasons: 1.) I love the Beach Day flavor, and I was so happy to see that it was back at the Elkhorn store; and 2.) I received EXCELLENT customer service from Kadie this evening. She went out of her way to help me, making sure that my order was correct. Kadie's extra effort was appreciated, and it left me and my family with a positive impression of Baskin Robbins overall.

Rude staff and manager. They turn down coupons that are supposed to be accepted st ALL SACRAMENTO LOCATIONS. Just bad business.

I get some people like thick milkshakes, but it's been over 10 minutes since I ordered this small milkshake, and the there's still just a solid mass of undrinkable ice cream in my cup. I'm not sure if there was an issue blending, but the cup was also so filled trying to go in with a spoon to eat some or try to stir it up to mix it myself is juggling a mess.
They won't let you try the ice cream, but the workers are enjoying trying the ice cream right once we walked in.

Says they close at 11 pm and I get there at 10:10 pm and their door is locked. They tell me to use the window and don't give me any kind of menu or list of flavors they have in stock. How am I supposed to know what you guys have? Makes absolutely no sense. Employee didn't offer any kind of help whatsoever and just stared at me blankly as I tried to think of something. I didn't know you guys didn't care about having any business at all. Btw, the q50 is mine, not my boyfriends, so no need to ask him so many questions (:
