The customer service sucks. Those people stand around talking or texting on their phones! They don't ask if you need help. If I came into the store, I suppose I would. Ridiculous! Id rather go all the way out of my way for better customer service AND real ice cream. I must apologize to Gunther's for even thinking they have competition. Gunthers for life!

The hubby and I just messing around fat backing😂 then fell into this spot and had us a good ole time. I tried 2 new flavors and almost had a fat attack it was so good. I came in there for 1 scoop and messed around and left with 4 scoops. Just crazy. Hubby is a skinny fat. He came out of there with the big tub of ice.🤦🏿‍♀️😂. The employees name was Lillianna, she was the sweetest, kindest little baby. She was laughing at us because we just than lost her mind. She wasn't side eyeing us, she just let us have our fat moment. Had to leave her a cool little tip. Thank you!!! Lillianna😍

Sometimes you just need predictable simplicity in this crazy world, and Baskin Robbins will give you just that.
It's a great place to take my grandkids here for a quick ice cream dates. The Cookie Monster flavor is always a hit and you can't go wrong with a Waffle bowl Sundae.

My first and last time we bought a cake for my son and to make sure it wasn't mint ice cream inside we asked not once 3 times to make sure and she said it's not mint Well, I arrived at my house and it was MINT ?????????

This is an alleged strawberry sundae. There was the equivalent of one scoop of ice cream in there for eight dollars. The store was just about out of ice cream and I asked the young lady before she started if she had enough strawberry ice cream, even half of strawberry in there, but a lot of whip cream, I knew it was a problem when the sun didn’t even come over the top of the cup. I won’t be back in there for a while. That was crazy. I’ll be going over to Hanley’s hand packed at least I can get a four scoop for $7.20.

Racist employees work here. I was walking to another store, never stepped into Baskin Robbins or even looked inside the window and they had some fake security guard follow me. Sorry I didn't look into your ugly direction. Lady you need to wear a bag over your head. Oh and the fake security told me it was a lady working the shift, that's how I know. Thanks for F--;ing nothing

I have to say out of all the years I've been coming to my neighborhood Baskin&Robbins, I was so shocked and disappointed to come in today and see the conditions. It was hotter inside the store than it was outside and outside it is a hot and humid summer day! The employees, though still nice, each looked horrible with flush cheeks and profusely sweating, which leads me to wonder who is running this shop and working these young employees this way? When a business doesn't value it's employees, the customers and store will suffer along with the employees. Owners had better correct this or I'll be filing a complaint on behalf of employees. These conditions are absolutely unacceptable, such a shame to see in our neighborhood.

South Sacramento tradition

They no longer give you the ice cream and I was waiting over 30 min for my order to be finished several people completed it before the lady that served me I never want to come to this one again I do not recommend also after the ice cream melted they refused to remake it

I was waiting in line and then this girl worker comes and tells me I'm going to ring her up so I moved. After she left me standing there and someone else came and helped. Very rude and disrespectful. Not ok
