The staff treated us well and were lenient about our mixed arrival times not being 100% in line with what the reservation said. Also, they let us hang out and chat for a good while after we were done eating, which was nice.
We had excellent service by Pedro. We ordered the Short Rib en Mole. It was served with roasted sweet potato chunks and broccolini. The mole was outstanding and the meat was melt in your mouth with no fat. The broccolini was tough and we are not a fan! They should have just did regular broccoli or zucchini would have been great. Next time we'll tell them to leave off the broccolini.
Our server was so wonderful for our mother in laws 76th birthday! She made the birthday girl feel so special and was very attentive to our needs with last min addition to our group!!! Love zocalos for regular meals but this made our little Indian mother in law who loves a good margarita and quesadilla birthday memorable!!! Thank you!!! Our server also had the best hand writing
