Don't have good chocolate yogurt. Too rich in flavor. At the end of the day the cookies are too hard yo bite into! Too expensive. No wait in line. You can test the flavors before you buy. Friendly staff.

Not a lot of flavors, my yogurt melted after I put on the hot fudge and got everywhere. I feel like they should have something to prevent that. They also did not have whipped cream. The various toppings was quite extensive however.

Terrible. After I loaded my yogurt, I find out there was no fruit. They said they ran out the day before. Why not let the patrons know when they walk in the store that they do not have fruit?

very discouraging experience. We are all hurting during this pandemic and want to support local companies in our neighborhood but it sucks when they never hold up to their customer service experience that big spoon tries to be. 13 calls to confirm the weekly yogurt menu and once the young lady answered she was giving attitude. Thanks but now it might be time to take my business to the yogurt shop by the movie theater. Boycott Big Spoon Natomas!!!!!!!

BIG SPOON YOGURT IS THE BEST!! There was only one person I saw, but she was lovely! The flavors were amazing and there were soooo many toppings to pick through. The yougurt was really cheap. Amazing staff and the person who was helping me was really helpful. The place was not really clean. The tables outside were really dirty. I would like them clean and sanitized. Overall I would give it a 4/5.

So I was visiting my brother he lives in Hayward and I live up in northern California and we met and we wanted to get some yogurt are experienced there was horrible the young lady that was working was very rude was not really willing to help her attitude with very negative I will never go back there again
