Fresh sushi with good quality ingredients. I got take out from here, so I can't say much about the service but the packaging of the food was beautiful. The presentation definitely shows the care they put into their food! We got two rolls and the chirashi. The fish tasted very fresh and good quality which is hard to find in Sac. When it comes to traditional nigiri/sashimi I'm always up for an adventure so when I heard about this new place (of all places in our Natomas neighborhood) that offers Omakase , I'm in! I made it to my 7:30pm reservation on time and was quickly seated. The Itamae and Shokunins were at work but were cordial and greeted me upon arrival. Chef Frank's is high quality sushi, and my new favorite place for celebratory dinners! I have had 2 different omakase menu's and they did not disappoint! Also the entire staff is so friendly.
