This is an adorable little boba shop with delightful teas. There are a ton of great flavor options, ton of toppings and solidly made tea. The owner and staff were wonderfully kind and gave excellent service.

Boba Storie tea is one of the best boba shops here in Citrus Heights. They’re family owned, and every time I come in, or order online, they leave me with a smile. Their strawberry cheesecake boba is my favorite. They also have snacks, earrings, bracelets, and other cute things for you to purchase.

Such a good place to go for boba tea it was my first time going. Nate was super nice he recomended flavors to try I got a mango drink with some peach flavoring and mango popping boba super good! I also got a very pretty bracelet thats handmade by the owner. Highly recommend!!

Stopped by and always have a hard time finding a good sweet tooth spot that fits the budget and WOW !!!! I got the hondeydew slushy with brown sugar agar jelly in it and it was AMAZING!!!

I came in to try something new and ordered a waffle with whipped cream on the side. While I was paying, the owner marked my $10 bill like it was counterfeit. When I politely asked about it, her response was snappy: “I’m the owner, I check every bill that comes in here.”
I handle large amounts of cash every day at my job, so I know what real bills feel like. Her explanation that my bill felt “too smooth” wasn’t accurate, and the attitude was unnecessary.
After I paid, she stood around watching me, then went to the kitchen and started whispering to the cook while looking in my direction. The cook also looked at me as he walked by. The whole interaction made me extremely uncomfortable — especially since I already struggle with trusting people making my food.
By the time my order was ready, I didn’t even feel safe eating it. I thanked the person who prepared it, took the food, and gave it to a homeless person instead.
Overall, the customer service and energy here were unprofessional and uncomfortable. I won’t be returning.
