Credit where credit is due: The place projects a divey English pub kinda vibe and I like it. The rueben sandwich and pasties were great… however… the scotch eggs were shameful. They were clearly nuked, the eggs were hard boiled, and the breaded crust was soggy. Not to mention that you get a stingy single egg for your order cut into 4 pieces. It was so offensive that I made golden crispy scotch eggs with a perfectly runny soft boiled egg center for three meals over one weekend...
As close to an Irish pub as I've seen. (haven't been to Ireland). Cozy, friendly, dark, aged, exactly where you want to kick back with a pint and trade jokes with your friends, a local or the bartender. ♥️
