“Goated fast food joint. This is the standard right here.
Consistency is key, and almost every restaurant around here fails horribly at that, except this one. Every time I get food here it's ALWAYS fresh, its ALWAYS hot, and my order is ALWAYS perfect.
I'm not sure how you can do fast food better than this. Hope this location never changes.“
“I am giving it 4 stars only because they participate in the restaurant meals program.The service in the morning was wonderful, the lady who took my order and gave me my food was very nice, excellent customer service. I returned in the afternoon only to be helped by a young man with absolutely no affect. I ordered a Whopper Melt extra Carmelite do onions and for some reason I got the spicy melt with jalapenos even though I NEVER said spicy. My fries were cold as well.“

“Good place to grab a quick bite, while the food is not the healthiest, it's still pretty good and satisfies your hunger.(fast food is not known for healthy fare, nor is it supposed to be) I only wish they served coffee throughout the day, I'm one of those weirdos who'll have coffee ☕️ with burger 🍔 and fries 🍟 😎“
“I personally spend $50-60 a week at this location and it floored me when I tried to do the free Whopper Survey...They don't honor the survey at all...It seems that they are cutting costs and that's understandable,but it shouldn't be at the customer's expense!!! It says to use the receipt within 24 hours of purchase to complete the Survey,but everytime you enter the store # and transaction code,it immediately denies you and asks you to try again!!! No matter how many times you try it won't let you complete the survey...Though the food is OK, I won't continue to patronize a restaurant that DOESN'T CARE ABOUT OR CARE TO GIVE BACK TO THE CUSTOMERS THAT HELPS THEIR BUSINESS TO THRIVE...GOOD BUSINESS IS THE IDEA, BUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION / APPRECIATION, IS THE KEY!!! They clearly don't appreciate the customer's...I'm NO LONGER A CUSTOMER,as of 7/24/25...“
“7/19/25 give that boy Pedro and Gerard and whoever was back there making our food a raise. Excellent customer service and our food came out good. Stop sleeping on BK. This establishment is being run well , despite the area of south sac, you cannot judge a book by its cover.“
“Burger King on Freeport is a solid performing fast food restaurant. The service is customarily great, the food is great, and prices are reasonable.
Stopped in and headed to the drive thru to pick up a couple whoppers, fries, drinks to take home. Order was fast and sandwiches were made to order.

“Not all Burger Kings are the same, the closes place to my house is located on Stockton Blvd. But I choose to go to the one on Gerber, because the service is better and the place is clean. The attitude of the people is pleasant and they are patient and they make sure that what I order is right. When I say no onions they make sure that there is no onions on my burger. Raw onion doesn’t sit well with me.“

The food tastes great and is prepared well. The delivery is done with accuracy and care. All those extras have always been provided (napkins, straw, sauces etc) and other things like salt or special requests like my chicken fries freshly cooked when asked. Not a problem!
Everyone who had helped me has been professional, friendly, proficient, and available to help!

The drive thru and counter service has been equally great. The prices and menu item selection is surprisingly affordable when compared to the inflated prices of similar restaurants.
The cherry on top is the cleanliness and condition of the restaurant itself! From the drink station, to the front counter, the dining room, and most impressive, the bathroom! It’s like a showroom. The kids crowns 👑 are set out in abundance and it looks like the place was recently remodeled.
Don’t listen to the negative reviews. This is accurate.
Just eat there. Support this location. Do your part to keep it nice , and stay grateful.“
“The staff here are so helpful.
I noticed a problem with the BK perks program in their app, but it is nothing the staff at the location couldnt handle.
Drive-through, maybe an hr more at weekends.
Parking is ample and wheelchair friendly.
Restrooms are available for customers.
Amazing discounts through the BK app.

“I have been going to Burger King for 58 years. They had a fish sandwich called the whaler back then. The king without front holding up a burger on their sign. It's my favorite fest food chain. It is always consistent and delicious. The flame broiling makes the burger different. I am 62 years old and have problems not stopping at a Burger King when I pass by it. Long live Burger King.“
