The manager was rude we spilt a drink and I told them I spilt it an no one cleaned it up food took a long time to get to us when we were the only ones there dirty lobby
I would rate the food, but it was never brought out to me. There was one car in front of me, I waiting, ordered two tacos and cheese tots, and paid. Not a big order mind you, but I was told to park in front and they would bring it right out. 12 minutes later and two customer behind me have been served and left, I gave up and left.

While I was standing in line I saw three strange things:
1. The shift manager (in a shirt) brought a bucket of ice and put it on the table and a girl at one table came up and took the bucket and went and emptied the bucket into the soda machine. Everything would be fine, but the girl who took the bucket with her hands was not just unpleasantly dressed but in dirty clothes. Perhaps she was hired under some "give a job to the homeless" program, and that's good, but shouldn't people working in the food industry wear gloves, wash their hands, and wear clean clothes? It's for the health of the customers.
2. The girl taking the order was working without gloves: she took cash and then put the food in bags, BUT she took the sauces with her unwashed hands and put them on the food (on the French fries).
3. The manager was in such dirty clothes that I think she's tired of the job and doesn't even want to invest in customer service and her job.

Every time I order through Doordash, the order gets canceled as they never have anything in stock. How are you out of tots, chicken fries and chicken sandwiches??? The worst location ever, close the store.

When we arrived to Burger King, we had to wait several mins because the drive thru was down. A manager and cashier ADONIDA came out, didn't say anything to try to find out what's wrong with the drive thru speaker. The order was taken abruptly. No sorry you had to wait or anything. My daughter acknowledged the worker with a simple Hello and the cashier ignored her. I will not be coming back to this particular Burger King. The customer service skills coming from the Manager and cashier were unacceptable. I hope they fix this issue. Your losing business because of the unprofessionalism.

Well we ordered our large whopper and fries meal for two and gave them the coupon at the window and the woman who was taking our order named Mikayla she yelled at us and said we had to go all the way back around and cancel our order because we were supposed to give the code at the drive through then canceled our order and we went back around and she then proceeded to give us a terrible attitude in the drive through never experienced this type of service here before we are extremely disappointed
