I came here this evening and ordered food, I had a coupon to use that was 2 whoppers 2 fries and 2 drinks for like 14$-15$ I told the lady before ordering that I had a coupon and she said to give it to her at the window. I handed her the coupon and my card and she quickly gave my card back. She was not very friendly and I don’t remember her even saying anything to me at all while I was at the window. I asked for a receipt (and some ranch) because I wanted to make sure she used the coupon, sure enough she had not. I tried to get her attention but she was too invested in her conversation with her co-workers. She also did not give us any ranch. So I ended up spending 28 dollars on my food and I lost my coupon that she didn’t redeem. Pretty frustrating experience all around.

This place is amazing Kayla and Hugo deserve much more recognition for their hard work, they are so friendly and clean all of the time. Even if the customers are rude they always make sure to try their best not to throw hands, maintain calm and resolve the issue . Come here .

All the workers do is chat, and the food is ready, and you are waiting at the drive-tru window for 15 to 20 minutes. They are so loud and ghetto at this specific location, Auburn. Everything was too salt.

Slowest, rudest and most horrendously run BK I have ever experienced. There’s never anyone at the counter and Bonnie has no idea how to be people oriented, too busy gossiping with other employees and doesn’t serve the patrons who have no choice but to interact with her. The wait times are atrocious as well. Will not be back.

They was taking forever a cup of water and charges 1 dollar something cents and 2 dollars something cents and 3 dollars and something cent for water is so crazy it should be free no matter what for water for any sizes I go to other places and get big cups of water for free that’s out ranges for water come on people that is so ridiculous to be charging for water for any sizes of cuz regardless and I even said for my dog and said it will spill dont even be polite at all had a bad attitude when she came the window
