I'm not sure what was up with this place... Maybe this location was under staffed or they workers just didn't care, but nothing went well.
Their drink dispenser was not working and I brought it up to one worker whose only reply to every customer was "One minute".
My wife and I ended up asking for a refund and we went to, ugh, McDonald's.

A man throw his soda at me and the staff did absolutely NOTHING to try to help whatsoever! The whole restaurant is dirty and stinky, especially the bathrooms!

I enjoyed the taste of the food and staff was friendly and apologized that my order was wrong, so I had to go back through the drive through again. Thank God I looked before I drove all the way home. There's no way I was going home without my milkshake bringing the boys to the yard and shroomy burger goodness. I would've added a picture but the meal has been completely devoured.

On occasion service here is fast and efficient, but most of the time it is slow and sloppy. Long waits even with no one in front of us, one or more items always wrong or forgotten even if the receipt shows the right order. Order takers are usually unprofessional and must ask often for orders to be repeated. Food is tasty when it's right, and BK is our favorite chain, so it is disheartening that this location is so mediocre.

Very bad service and poor cleaning. The whole environment outside is very dirty a lot of garbage I have come to buy at different times and it is always dirty and they take forever to deliver orders.
I love Burger King which makes me sad because at this location they always get my order wrong and it's not like my order is very complicated a burger , cheesy tots and a drink shouldn't be hard to mess up? Well it never fails! In the future I'll try my best to avoid this location even though it is the closest to my house which sucks because I love BK please improve

Went through drive-thru for a drink, felt a little hungry, and saw they have new pickle fries. I asked the guy how much they are for a small or a medium, he says they come in one size. So I asked how much is that size? He tells me $4.49+tax.. And this is what I got for $4.49+tax.. That's just ridiculous and insulting..

Vegetarian options: They have the impossible whopper.
We ordered the Addams family value meal. We couldn’t get the shake but everything else was available. We tried another place the night before, they had no meat at all. This promotion got totally out of hand. The food is same as always, just different because it’s purple.
Dietary restrictions: I’m allergic to onions, and mushrooms. So I have to order carefully. I’m never disappointed. This goes for every Burger King I go to.
