great BBQ with lots of options! Indoor or outdoor seating. Friendly staff. Order early if you want BBQ on the popular days (super bowl or play offs) since they DO sell out since their food is SO good. Small parking lot and no street parking out front so you'd have to walk a little if you don't get a spot in the lot, but its not terrible.

Brisket was dry, sides had no flavor ribs dry and hot link was not it. Food was horrible and not worth the time and effort to get.

The food was so bad the mac and cheese tasted burnt the sandwich was all bread meat I couldn't even bite through it corn bread was good this was first time and last time here worst experience 😫

Grate food, nice music playing. Live music on certain days. And draft beer

Lettuce was wilted looking like trash. Buns looked like they were sat on. Didn't taste good. We won't go back.

After 5yrs I thought I'd give them another try. I got the brisket and chicken with beans and potatoe salad. Waste of money. The meat and beans was dry. The brisket fell apart so it was cooked good but tasteless. Another 5 years.

House of chicken n ribs was great before they closed.

The venue is on the small side, but there is a lot packed in there. The brisket burger was really good. 👌

Dined in it was okay, we had the brisket which I could tell wasn’t seasoned or marinated enough because the flavour was only on the outside on the thin crust that. However, I’m a local athlete, when I asked if they sponsor a local athlete, they give me that dead, stare! To speak with the owner so I could ask directly she didn’t follow up, am not associated with any schools yet, but looking forward to

The meat taste boiled and then lightly hit the grill. Virtually no flavor at all. BBQ sauce says "smokey" but it has a boring flavor as well. Beans taste like onions and the bread is worse than some gluten free option I have had. The best part of the meal was the sweet potatoe fries and the diet coke. Hope they can do better than this and it was just a bad day.

I didn’t like the food meat is to thick and hard I rather have in and out , and I also ordered 6 Parmesan garlic wings which I rather have Buffalo Wild Wings the 1/2 rack of ribs not crazy about them either first time and last time….

Ribs are dry tuff and too smoked never again ?... but burgers are great

Inside did not look so great and it was a little hot but the food was SMACKIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I mean SMACKIN I'm coming from 30 minutes away to eat here. Stop hatin so I can keep eating here!!!!

Finally found great bbq in the Sacramento area. I ordered the family meal and was impressed with everything. From the service to the food. Staff was very friendly, even offered to help take the food to my vehicle. Food was excellent. I got brisket, ribs, and pulled pork. Highly recommended all 3.

I I don't know what part of Mexico these people are from, but they seem to have an issue with African American customers. They don't realize that even if they don't prefer our color, our money is the right color. Just don't give them your business. History has shown that many of the black people in Mexico are treated with disrespectful behavior. Once they are here, they bring their traditional practices. Your money is your power. Don't give them your power. Don't serve those who don't serve you. What's funny is that these people have African in their DNA. McQues BBQ on Elk Grove Blvd has far better food, and customers of every background are welcome and treated with.appreation and respect and welvome.
The front counter Latina women are rude. The young woman reluctantly took my order, trying her best not to make eye contact with me. I used a debit card to pay for three ribs & fries with only enough fries to feed a child. Later, the oveverly smoke ribs gave me horrible acid reflux, and I ended up vomiting this place food. I'll never go to BBQ & Burgers again. McQues BBQ on Elk Grove Blvd is a much better choice for me to spend my money.
