Came to Cafeteria 15L today (9/14/25) for part 2 of my bday for brunch! And the server ZACH was very rude, rushed, messed up on our order. Never came to check on us. I was waiting on refills FOREVER!!! I told him I wanted to order a drink once my food arrived and he never checked back with our table unless he was called over to it.

I've always liked cafeteria 15L until NOW. A few weeks ago I went online to make reservations for Thanksgiving for 8 of us. Yesterday got an email my reservations were cancelled- no reason just cancelled. When I called I was told they are closed on Thanksgiving. Why then did they allow the reservation system to allow me to make them. Poor management. Food and service has always been good. Seems the managers can't think past a few weeks. Sad.
