Classy spot in the Michelin Guide. A local business professionals spot after work. My favorite aspect is the outside lounge tables and cushioned chairs with gas fireplaces right on the capitol mall under the trees. Beware if you hate crows.

This is a great Sacramento restaurant. My wife and I went here for our anniversary dinner. Our menu was printed with our anniversary details, which was a special touch. The food was unique and amazing. The atmosphere is wonderful. I'll definitely be coming back here again.

Great dining experience. Our server Sierra was very attentive. The cucumber gazpacho was so good and the banana pudding was delicious! Kudos to the chef!

Great service and very accommodating. Sierra was excellent and after cancelling our evening dinner due to an event they were able to seat us for a late lunch. Was a great celebration of our anniversary.

Great experience. Get the Bangers app.
The food is delicious here. I love the flavors and the dishes we ordered were seasoned perfectly. Deviled eggs were some of the best I have tried. Compliment to the chefs! The Location is great too, plenty of street and parking lot
Parkings.
Now on with why the 2 stars?
I am truly disappointed about the lack of customer service. The amount of servers that were working today were like 1 per every three tables so there were plenty of servers here to accommodate 8 occupied tables in the bar area and three other tables outside in the patio. I wonder why the service was so bad? I noticed they lacked cohesiveness. Every server were on their own here, especially the women. They don’t make eye contacts nor acknowledge anyone whose not part of the tables they were covering. We had to keep waving our arms up n down to flag someone down, and for some reason the 5 servers and bartenders behind the bar counters were in their own world. They never look up or look around to see who needs help. We had to say excuse me 3X to another lady server before she decided to turn around and asked if we needed help? To top it off, we brought a small cake and right after they cleaned our table we ask for couple new small
Plates and a butter knife so we can cut our cake. Our server said, “sorry there is a cake cutting fee!” Shocked to hear…We were like, “Are you serious? Just to cut our own cake with a butter knife and to serve ourselves? Well then Nevermind.” It was not like we were asking them to cut our cake, put some candles on it and sing to us. Not at all.
She then smile and walked away.
Then 10 minutes later, probably felt really silly for telling us what she told us. She handed us some small plates and a butter knife and said she had to ask for manager approval to get us new plates and a new butter knife. Wow. Can’t believe she just said that! That was a really bad reflection on whoever was managing this team tonight. The service we received today was not worth the money we spent here, the servers and their people skills turned our positives into a bad overall experience. There are so many options downtown, I don’t know if I would want to return after today.

A really cool wide open restaurant with a wonderful staff and broad menu. We tried the meat pie - too much crust and not enough meat inside. The bread rolls looked great but had no bread on inside so probably overcooked. The gravy and potatoes were really good. Sausage roll app not worth it, however the tuna tartar was excellent. Steaks were good but pricey and the wine list has great selection.

We came to this restaurant as a group, expecting to enjoy our evening, but the experience was disappointing from the start. We were greeted very rudely — no hello, no offer to sit, just a cold and unfriendly “What do you want?” It felt like we were disturbing them by simply walking in. The attitude was completely unprofessional, and it ruined our mood right away. Honestly, we won’t be coming back. The service was absolutely unacceptable.
