About Cap City Squeeze Juice Bar

Cap City Squeeze Juice Bar is a popular spot for fresh and high-quality ingredients, sourced daily from the farmers market. Their acai bowls, such as the Powerball, are a standout, with generous servings of crunchy and sweet fruit, including big and juicy blueberries. The shop is tidy and efficient, with online ordering and limited seating inside, as well as a few outdoor tables. Customers enjoy a variety of bowls like acai, pitaya, and smoothies such as the Beach Bod and Volcano. The quality of ingredients is consistently fresh, and the bowls are loved for their taste and healthy options. The service can be a bit inconsistent; sometimes staff may seem indifferent or take a little longer to prepare orders, especially during busy times. The atmosphere is simple, and the place is more of a takeout spot rather than a sit-down restaurant. Despite this, it remains a favorite for quick, healthy treats and is especially appreciated for acai bowls, smoothies, and the overall quality of ingredients.

Hands down best smoothie place I’ve been to in a while. Fruits are so so fresh and natural- you can taste them in the smoothie. Staff are kind and quick service. Prices are very reasonable for quantity and quality. A spot I will definitely miss if I were to move from Sacramento.
Obsessed with this place! Got a huge fresh acai bowl for only $12. Unheard of in this economy
I've been on a hunt for the best acaii bowls in Sacramento. Out of 4 places (2 in W.Sac) Capitol Squeeze had the best flavor, freshest ingredients and reasonable prices. The location is kind of hidden but once you find it, you should have no problem locating it the next visit. Paid parking and hard to find a parking was a bummer.
