Same guy every time and they actually have beef shwarmas unlike the other halal food truck, super fast and always filled with sauce and a proportional amount for everything

The service was great and the food was amazing, I had the chicken shawarma. Just the one thing I recommend is that they get some type of shade over the chairs and table. The days are getting hotter and I would like to enjoy my meal on a shaded table, I will definitely be back, the food was that good.

Very very delicious HALAL food here. The best Plov and Shawarma 👌😮‍💨. Absolutely amazing halal Uzbek food — fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The plov and kebabs tasted authentic and homemade. One of the best food trucks I’ve tried, with generous portions and great service. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I bought last time shourma, it was meat artificial. Before I ate shourma with pleasure, but now I couldn't eat.

OMG!!!! First time trying shawarma and I picked the perfect place... Pulled up and was hesitant because there was nobody there but im glad I tried it. Ordered the chicken shawarma it was 12$ and it was plenty for 2 people. Asked for a side of spicy sauce it was mild but gave it a nice enhanced flavor.. now the shawarma itself was amazing 10/10 hot fresh crispy the cabbage inside was light and refreshing the chicken was flavored and had a slight char so it went well with the crispness of the cabbage slaw. I highly recommend and will def be returning.. also the the guy helped me was very helpful and customer service was amazing...

Follow up.
After this review I tried another shawarma plave called 812 grill and was extremely disappointed i will def be coming back to this place again due to the flavor and authenticity from caravan. Still best shawarma ive had in sacramento...

I tried the food again today. I get food from there every week. The food is very delicious, and I really like the service too. Please don’t be upset at the person who replies to the reviews — negativity can be found everywhere. I confidently recommend this place to all truck drivers

Pulled up to the caravan and grabbed a shawarma. Warm packed grilled just right every bite does its thing. Not dry not messy just right in the hand. Cracked a cold Sprite with it and yeah, believe me or not will be the best combo that I had never had. Light fizz cuts through the flavor makes the whole moment feel easy.Simple setup good food calm vibe. Thats how it is supposed to be for real. Btw the Service was top notch, I didn’t want notice the wait at all. Speedy service, perfect shourma the Uzbek big guy’s got you covered so fast. Come on in don’t wait
