Took kids to carls for lunch. The cashier didn’t want to let us use more than 2 coupons for only 2 of us but manager came and let us use them for the rest of us. She was very nice. Food was all fresh and yummmm.

Very nice store! I don’t often go to carls Jr because they generally feel unclean or take a very long time to bring me my food, but the service was fantastic here. I came in last Thursday and the lady working there had such a positive upbeat attitude and was constantly checking to make sure everything was in order and helping her coworkers. I don’t normally care to bring up positive fast food experiences because it’s fast food and I hardly really care, but it was refreshing to see someone working so hard

Great customer service. Breakfast burritos are hit or miss. They are always hot which is good but they need seasoning. The bacon is never fully cooked.

Ordered 2 Famous Star burgers. For both burgers: Buns were dry and every damn thing in them right down to the lettuce/tomato were scorching hot, not to mention grossly soggy. These were no doubt reheated burgers...NOT MADE FRESH. This type of food quality is outright insulting and an unfortunate recurrence in this particular location. I am done taking my chances.
