A hour after eating there last night my daughter became extremely sick from food poisoning. I don’t know if it was old or not handled properly but I have never experienced anything like this.

Im never coming back here to this Carls Jr. Ive never had so many mistakes happen at a fast food place than I have at this place. They dont listen, the entire staff must be deaf. I have had to go back repeatedly cause they gave me the wrong food. McDonald’s is a better experience and their food sucks.

I used to prefer this one over the other carls cause they took their time and made it look good. Recently however their quality dropped and out 4 of the 5 burgers I had customized didn't have any on it.

This is not a review of the restaurant. but of the new quacamole burger. Be aware that if you order it take out, it will be too cold to eat by the time you get home. It is on a large bun, has a super thin burger, two pieces of super thin bacon, cold slice of onion, cold slice of tomato, cold pickles, and wrapped in two huge pieces of cold lettuce with cold quacamole smeared over the whole thing. It is disgusting to eat and to look at.

If you're looking for a place to eat fast, tasty and leave with a smile?Forget this place! There's one employee (not sure if he's an asst.mrg?), but when he works the night shift, usually around 7:30pm, he always locks up the doors to the dining room. Don't know what's his problem because when he's not working at night, the other people leave it open till almost 10pm.Now the bad stuff..........Recently (middle of July), I came to this place in the morning to get something to eat and the "Female Manager- Lydia", after I ordered my food, told me, that I wasn't allowed to use the handicap restroom ever, even though, I'm a senior, handicapped and disabled!!She's very mean and nasty person and has violated my civil and "ADA" rights. The sign on the handicapped door, shows the both male and female can use it, plus the sign shows it's a disability bathroom. I'm speaking with a lawyer soon, to stop her from doing this to another disabled person!!!Most of the people are impolite, discourteous, unfriendly with no business like manners!This store needs new people and absolutely, a new manager............This is the closest Carl's Jr near me but, I'm going to go to another where hopefully I will be treated with "RESPECT!"

My #12 chicken club sandwich was too hard to even Bute into and my friend's was about as bad. $17, almost 18 was for two sandwiches, and I think it was outrageous!

I'm going to start off by saying this place of business hasn't had a review for a while which gives time for improvement. They're service was fast and efficient. Food was fresh and very good. Order was completely correct. I think they took all those bad reviews to heart because I see a very big improvement! Marconi is never a fun street to be on but considering they're is high traffic, I think you should give them another shot.
Terrible service. Got the order wrong - after getting home and realizing the mistake, I drove back. No apology and they resisted giving me a refund for the beverage because only the burger was prepared incorrectly. I ordered a meal - I don't need a beverage if the burger isn't edible.

I just got home from the drive thru and the $9 burger I ordered was missing the burger patty. After waiting 30 minutes for me and two cars ahead of me. I sat there for 7 minutes at the window. No BURGER patty? W T F? Never going back there again.
