If I could I’d absolutely give this place a 0 rating … every time I’ve gone here my order have been wrong in some way … wrong drink wrong sides or the wrong order completely … today we ordered 2 cheeseburgers & a western burger …. We got two random burgers from the menu & a famous star instead ….. this place seriously needs to get it together before the BBB gets involved for constant issues

Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes this morning at about 8:30 and all three employees ignored me. Finally left and went to Burger King just down Freeport. Below one of the questions is "What did you get?" The answer was nothing because no one served me.

Always love Carl's Jr.... I really don't think I have EVER had a bad experience at ANY location (maybe the atmosphere or the actual customers demeanors making things a little unpleasant, but never with the restaurant or the food itself ☺️)
The food is okay but they gave me two things but I mess up my receipt and this service is quicker and fast and have a good atmospheres

Had a long day this wednesday and needed lunch, pulled into the drive through and was just so pleasantly surprised at how patient, professional and kind the young man working the drive through was. Food was good and I hope that young man is appreciated for his customer service, cause it made my basic fast food meal a real treat.
