Today was a bit off, due to covin-19 drive through experience was not very good. I felt like I was on hold and there were no customers inside! There was two cars infront of me (I was in Lyft) and one car behind me...I had to repeat my coupon numbers 6 times and wait 5 minutes in between🤨 I had two coupons. Left driver was a bit upset he missed out on a 20 dollar client😯

The Spicy Western burger combo we ordered today tasted great. Fries were hot out of the fryer too. The lady taking the order was nice and friendly.

Carl's Jr. offers fast service with friendly and courteous employees. The interior and restrooms are very clean, with lots of available seating. The atmosphere is perfect and the restaurant is very wheelchair accessible. However, the company now uses AI to take orders. The food is delicious, but prices are high, described as a culture shock, with a meal for four costing over $50. Parking is close to the front door. It is kid-friendly but has no toys or playground. While service is fast and the staff is generous, even after closing, the high cost and use of AI are noted.
