Rude service worker got annoyed because we wanted to order the zucchini famous burgers and the beyond burgers They told us that they don't make them anymore like he was upset that we asked for it. It was disappointing 😞 but after everything we still had to sit there and wait to get napkins and ketchup after saying excuse me a few time while staff ignored us they finally came back to the window

Why have rewards if the rewards is getting shafted! Small lemonade is $3.00 because it's all natural! So I finally decided to redeem my reward for it and the app says it can't redeem it as it's having problems and to try again later. But alas the lemonade (AT FULL CHARGE AND UNREMOVABLE).

Despite a group of very young, unaccompanied by a responsible adult, females from the motel next door with bad attitudes and smart mouths who were harassing the crew on shift from the lobby area, my experience was quite pleasant. Yosef, who was working both the front counter as well as the drive-thru was very friendly, professional and maintained a smile on his face the entire time. His service was impeccable! ***** Five stars for this young man!

The place is fine but I went to buy a shake & after finishing it I found something at the bottom I rinsed it off & placed it on my kitchen counter for a bit I smelled it & happy to find out it was just a piece of potato 🥔 but please employees do better
