I went to this Carl’s Jr.‘s on Friday, November 14 around 10:50 AM when I arrive, the lady spoke on the intercom to take my order after that I cannot hear anything on the intercom and continuously said hello. No one was responding. I then pulled to the window and the lady eventually came to the window. She claims that she asked what toy I wanted I explained I cannot hear anything on the intercom. She said well I was saying something and you have to go back around to order again and wait in line, I will never be visiting this Carl’s Jr. again. The service was rude and I feel I should not have to wait in line all over again because I cannot hear anything through the intercom.

This is the worst spot hands down no competition never have I waited 8 min in an empty restaurant drive thru to be told just give us a sec I drive up to the window to place my order and no one shows up for 5 min what are yall doing cuz it ain’t making food or taking customers orders

Staying next door at the motel 6. I really wanted Carl's jr for dinner. I went there at 8 pm on a Saturday night. They have all there doors locked. You can't even walk in there to order. They want you to go through the drive thru. That's not right. What's the point of having the inside dining area if they are going to be closed that early on a Saturday night. Keep in mind this place is supposedly open for 24 hours. McDonald's is packed right across the street I'm going there instead. Still not Carl's jr though. This Carl's jr location is losing a lot of money especially if they are paying there workers just to run the drive thru. I can't believe this you guys.

I just had a terrible experience at this Carl’s Jr. I tried to place an order, but the staff told me their cook wasn’t in, so they couldn’t make any food at all. How does a restaurant not have someone to cook? That’s the most basic part of running the business. It’s frustrating and a complete waste of time to come here only to be turned away. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.
Take us 30 minutes to get our food and then will Never give us receipt

Rude service worker got annoyed because we wanted to order the zucchini famous burgers and the beyond burgers They told us that they don't make them anymore like he was upset that we asked for it. It was disappointing 😞 but after everything we still had to sit there and wait to get napkins and ketchup after saying excuse me a few time while staff ignored us they finally came back to the window
