The place is fine but I went to buy a shake & after finishing it I found something at the bottom I rinsed it off & placed it on my kitchen counter for a bit I smelled it & happy to find out it was just a piece of potato 🥔 but please employees do better

I ask the employee if I can have water Just small cup off water she said it’s $3.25 I told I just want to take my med can have Just little cup water she it’s still $3.25 I don’t know how the run the business here , most places you walk will give you free small water or at least .99 cent she was just mean with attitude she weee hijab it was around 2:50pm to 3pm she was very unprofessional

Afternoon manager at the drive thru is rude & unprofessional. They lie over not having certain things on the menu because seems like they’re lazy to do so.
The one issue that we had with Carl's Jr is the taste of the burgers. It tastes like an artificial grilled flavor. Left a bad taste in our mouths afterwards. This place will be the last resort when it comes to burger joints. CJ's used to be pretty good years ago.

I went through the drive thru: I forgot how good their Western bacon cheeseburgers are! The fries were hot and perfect! I docked a star because they were out of diet coke, and they do not serve unsweetened tea? and I really wanted a diet coke! Drive thru customer service: These guys always get bashed I'm not going to do it! Food was yummy!
Vegetarian options: Carl's junior only offers the plant protein based burger as a vegetarian option as well as zucchini, fried and onion rings
