Let me begin by stating that the price of fast food is comparable to dining at a local burger joint. My understanding is that the food prices increased when the employees’ wages were mandated to rise, which explains my expectation of a certain quality when the price of a combo meal approaches $20.

I ordered a burger, but it was not what I had requested. The bun was soggy, lacked flavor, and the lettuce was unpleasant. The condiments were not spread evenly, and the entire assembly was poorly put together. It was evident that the food was not cooked properly. It tasted like a wet dishwater sponge.

Disappointed, I ended up throwing the burger out. I should have taken a picture to document my experience. Carl’s Jr. is known for charging higher prices compared to other fast-food restaurants, and we expect a slightly better quality of food for the premium price.

While I have enjoyed my meals at other Carl’s Jr. locations, this particular branch fell short. The current economic climate makes it challenging to come by money, and yet, you continue to charge higher prices for a product that appears to be of lower quality.

I apologize for being blunt, but this situation warranted my honest feedback.

Not at all a busy location but incredibly slow. Messed up my order and despite having machines showing coke zero was told it has been out for some time. The real kicker is a lock on the bathroom door that requires a code. I would not recommend this location at all.

Food was fine. This is not a busy location despite being in a fantastic area. This location also refuses to sell small combos. If management thinks refusing to sell small combos will up sales they are hilariously wrong. Staff was overwhelmed and struggled to maintain the customer flow with only 2 workers. The staff did the best they could.

This location opens at 6:00 a.m.. At 6:05, they still had not unlocked the doors. I tried to open the door and watched as an employee totally ignored me. I left.

The service through the drive-thru they take your money they give you your drinks and then they make you go to the front by the doors so you can receive your food when you ask for sauce ( ranch,honey mustard) that you want they only put one in the bag ,mind you now you just spent 30 to 40 bucks to only receive 1 ranch sauce it's ridiculous , they have no problem giving you a handful of ketchup that you did not ask for sometimes they put napkins in it's getting to the point where the employees have a bitter attitude when having to give you your food in front of the restaurant I sat and watched after I receive my food how many more cars they made go to the front to receive their food they had three cars I know they have a Time on drive-thru but that is really ridiculous they need to be a little bit more faster doing their job instead of being lazy it's not that hard it's fast food.

The quality of Carls JR food has gone down as the prices have gone up. I noticed the beef patty used for the western bacon cheeseburger was pre cooked and taken out of what looked to be heated drawer.
Don't expect fresh food from this establishment.

Went through drive thru but had to wait 5 minutes for someone to come to the window to take my payment. After she took my card she wandered around with my card like she couldn't figure out how to scan it. Then she put on the headset came to the window looking around and talking to someone even though there was no one else in drive thru. Finally gave me my food which was cold.

Save yourself the hassle and order somewhere else. Food is consistently subpar. There's always a price discrepancy between the AI order taker and the window. Today they told me they were out of a specific bread that came with my burger, and charged me extra for the bread they recommended. And the Mexican manager had absolutely horrendous customer service. Looks like i'm done patronizing carl junior.....

My favorite location! Burgers are always fresh and hot. Not thrown together with cold fries or chewy onion rings. My fries are always hot and crispy, my onion rings are perfect, never give me attitude if I ask for an extra sauce. I love the woman that run this location. It's clean inside and out and they nail my order customizations everytime.

I'm not pleased with this location.Last week, ordered delivery and it was dropped off to me within 20 mins of ordering off their app.The fries weren't just cold but they were HARD. I used to work at fast food. This is what happens when they take fries from the heated tray and throw them back INTO the fryer and leave them in for a tad long than they should.The fries came out hard like that is what happened. They were cold. No warmth as if they were sitting there for longer than 20mins. The burger was warm though.Why is the burger still warm but the fries are cold?When I called to tell them what happened (I wasn't trying to get free food. Was just giving them a heads up). The woman on the other end tried to make excuses. She said she put me in the books for a new meal. When I went back the other day, supposedly my name was not in it.I'm going to stop coming here and go to my regular location somewhere else.
