I Use To Be A Big Fan. So I Can Say This. Unfortunately, I Was Super Unhappy With A Lot. First The Prices Have Skyrocketed- 2 Super Nachos And 1 Breakfast Burrito $48
Unbelievable. Now Let’s Get Into The Carne Asada; ALL FAT & Rubbery, Literally NO MEAT 🤷♀️ How Does That Even Happen?
I Seriously Felt Ripped Off.
Stale Chips, Not Enough Of Any Ingredients, So I Guess I’m Paying For The Labor - 2 Salsas For All That Food - When The Salsa Actually Makes It Taste Better, Like HELLO?
Why Would You Destroy The 1 Thing People Keep Coming Back For? Your Super Nachos Were The Best, Now It’s Gone- It’s Like Someone Took Over And Started Buying The Cheapest Worst Parts Of The Cow!
“What Happened To You Carolina’s”It Was Bad - Really Bad.
3 Stars For The Memory Of What You Once WERE 🤦🏽♀️

Everything comes very undercooked, like they throw on the grill for a few seconds and call it a day

Rude order taker. Cancelled my order because I'm not paying for a rude service.

Let me start by saying this—the food was amazing, the cooks were friendly, the place was clean, and the prices were solid. Seriously, no complaints there.
So why the 1 star?
Because the woman behind the counter gave one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had in my life.
From the second I walked in, the attitude was unreal. I hadn’t said a word yet and was already getting treated like I did something wrong just by existing. Thinking maybe she was having a rough day, I went out of my way to be extra polite—“please,” “thank you,” smiling, the whole deal. Didn’t matter. Every single interaction was met with straight-up rudeness.
And look, we all have bad days. But I have never in my life treated a customer the way she did. It was so over-the-top that I literally had to pause and process what was happening. That’s how bad it was.
The only reason I didn’t react negatively is because I chose to keep it classy—but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t feel like tossing the food right back across the counter.
If you’re the owner, you need to address this immediately. You’ve got great food, good people in the kitchen, and a solid setup—but that front counter experience is going to drive customers away fast.
Fix that, and this place could easily be 5 stars. Until then… not a chance.

it's not in the best neighborhood, but definitely not the worst either.
But it is consistent. Open 24/7,friendly staff, in past 16 yrs + I've gone there I've never had a wrong order or cold food. Prices are reasonable and made to order ,which means it's always super fresh and fast!. Night or day it's a good bet. I recommend the cheese and onion with red sauce enchilada with a chicken taco beans and rice, yum!
or the chorizo breakfast burrito ,which is Huge. the morning line gets long but moves quickly and well worth the wait. never dealt with a grump in the bunch cause we were all there for the same delicious reasons!
So what I'm saying is you can go for the same old fast food crap or do something nice for your tummy and go to Carolinas! Don't forget the 🌶️

I’ve been outside for an hour. This place is open 24 hours. They are not. I’ve been at this window honking. Nobody is making my food.

Ordered carne asada fries. Meat was old and dry. Fries were raw and cold. Salsa cups tasted like water. I would have asked for my money back, but if someone was terrible enough to serve food like that they probably thrive off conflict.

Good food
Restaurantji Recommends
It’s your typical 24/7 Mexican restaurant, I’m not saying I wouldn’t eat here again, or don’t recommend it, I definitely do recommend it, (for a late night snack, late night munchies, after the club.) you get it! 😉 get a California burrito with pastor instead of asada, for those whom eat pork. And you won’t regret it. Service; even tho it was drive-thru the lady was vey nice and helpful. So 5🌟’s

Maybe it was because there was young girls working behind the counter we came in and sat down and they just stood there and looked at us they didn't say you need to come up here in order or nothing so one of the customers that was sitting there eating told me you need to go up there and Order I almost got up and left but the food was great

This place is good some days and bad other days. But for a 24 hour option, it gets the job done.

I love that they have a drive thru! I normally get the rolled tacos, which are AMAZING, but today I also got a chicken quesadilla and OMG! It was so freaking good. The chicken was so tender and flavorful! And it was HUGE. I drive past 2 other similar places to come here because the food is just excellent. The only think I wish they had is a kids menu.

I always get the same burrito (bean and cheese with added rice and avocado), so I don’t know about the other options, but that burrito is really good. This is the place to go when I have a craving for a tasty bean burrito. 🌯
