Food was good ngl I ordered the Bacon 3 cheesesteak it was hella good service was very good the service named Yahir didn’t hear me at first but that’s ok cause I mean it’s everybody eating over here in a big mall. Athmosphere was good not a lot of mess in the counter

Edit 1:I forgot to say I also ordered mozzarella sticks and French fries mozzarella sticks are like good 8.9 French fries I mean they were from my brother and it passed some good 30 minutes...

No one available early evening from 4pm to 4:30. I love Charlie's and decided to wait. I am disappointed as I was unable to collect reward points for my purchase, today. Asked for a number to speak to the corporate and was informed they did not. Today was a poor Experience.

Been going there for years. The last few times, tho, it's customer service isn't what it used to be. There's only 2 employees when there was 3(which is needed). The 2 who are there are working very hard but, as I said, 2 isn't enough. You wait too long to order because the other 2 are cooking/putting the sandwiches together. The man behind me in line today left before ordering.
