Placed an order online on 12/16/25 for 12/17/25, thinking it was a different location. When I realized the order went to this location on Gateway I contacted them as soon as they opened on 12/17/25 to cancel the order. I called 5 times because the person answering didn't speak English and I wasn't sure they were understanding my request....read full review
Place is a joke! Looks like a great deal, a tri meat meat pizza for $19.99 I clicked on it, I ordered it. They delivered me an all cheese pizza. I called them right away, they seriously argued with me that I ordered an all cheese pizza. My receipt clearly says trio pizza on it. If I had the energy I would drive there, but they're not worth that much time out of my day. Ended up costing me $30 after delivery fees, a 10% tip, and sales tax for a medium cheese pizza. The food and pizza is so delicious with lots of toppings! The front counter, cook and manager are so friendly. I highly recommend Pizza Twist in Natomas to everyone in Sacramento.
