I ordered two grilled veggies burger and They gave me burn black bun ?? this is really a disappointed ☹️
No customer service at all , no greetings to customer and always ready to rip off . I ordered today medium achari pizza, small cheese pizza , two taco twist and two rasmalai! Total was $66.19 and I was only given signature reciept which just shows your total ! First of all the employee at the counter was unable to communicate well , she was not trained to take order faster , she was not aware about pricing , she wasn’t sure how to guide customer on using the credit card and she took my card enters manually .when I asked her for pricing because some of the pricing wasn’t mentioned on their updated menu ! Anyway some how she was able to mange and she took 15 mins to complete my order then i asked her for reciept and she gave me reciept with total amount on it ! I asked her I need receipt which describes my entire order she was not sure how to print that receipt . She was looking for help and finally another girl showed up and she gave me the receipt which took another 5 mins so total 20 mins just to take order ! I asked how long it will take she says 25 mins ! I went back to my car to wait from there and I reviewed the invoice the total was coming up after tax $64.17 not $66.19 I went back and asked why I am being charged extra $2.02 ?? She was again confused anyway she mentioned its debit fees I said food is already overpriced and $2.02 was just hidden fees it was not showing on the receipt that it’s debit fee because most people don’t ask for detailed invoice ! I will edit my review and add that reciept as well for other people ‘s reference so that can be careful ! We got our order , food was just average anyway at the last we had rasmalai we open their sealed box and I had just a little bite it was too old and smelling bad , the packing says by pizza twist and looked at the expiration it was not there so I took both sealed and unsealed box to the counter and I said it has bad taste so I could get my refund back each was $6 ! They knew it I was mad on their “ reciept gotala” so they refunded $12 but no apology ! No regret and I realize they are expanding with taco twist & ripping off but they have no sense how to improve customer service and taste of food ! This was my very terrible visit & experience with this business ! I will never ever come to their any location ! I will be complaining health department to visit them and check their products as they are selling old items can cause health hazards !

The food is good but the person who is on counter as cashier over charge you. When you order please ask them for price even it says on Menu for Large pizza 15.99 plus tax but they charge you 17.99 and then 2 dollars extra. Looks like not going back I hope someone take care of this and contact me. The employees are giving discount to their friends who is coming for pick up and they are talking so loud even I am Punjabi it’s too loud for me and even you say no spicy it’s spicy. Hopefully someone take care of that issue

I do not recommend this place whatsoever. Horrible customer service. Spent over $80 just for my fries to be cold and not cooked thoroughly. I was also missing part of my order. When I called the store to make them aware of the situation the employee who was working was the only one there and didn't have time/training knowledge to handle the situation, so I was informed to call the fallowing day. When i called the next day I talked to Harman who after I let know about everything, informed me I would be getting a full refund in the next 24hrs.......that didn't happen. It is currently on day 3, still without a refund and when I call to find out why, I constantly get hangup on by staff or put on hold for excessive amounts of time, not to mention Harman has yet to "be avaliable " to talk with me.
