This store has a problem with putting the sauces in the bag!! Second time it happened and I even asked the person who handed the order for sauces and he said that they already put six. I come home to no sauces!!!!

The staff is very friendly, but the food isn't as good as it used to be I had a spicy biscuit sandwich and it was disappointing. For starters, the biscuit was salty and I didn't eat it The chicken was okay but the side of the sandwich was about the size of hockey puck. The food hasn't been that good in my last few visits, and I don't plan to return anytime soon

This is literally the worst run Chick-fil-A. Their service is exceptionally slow whether you're ordering inside, in the app, or at the drive thru. I always regret coming here instead of driving a little farther for better service. I decided to try it again today and had the same annoying experience; 30-plus minute wait to get your food so I walked out without it. You're not getting me again Chick-fil-A. I will never return to this location.

Great food, but they forgot one item on my order. It was 8 pieces of chicken nuggets, which I discovered missing when I came home. Honestly, it's frustrating that you can't trust anyone these days. I guess I'll have to check next time before I leave. Receipt doesn't prove anything, but it's mostly for the employees to find out who messed up my order.
They don't participate or honor Veterans Day meals. So dear Patriots, reach out to real Americans at Applebees, Golden Carol, Dennys, and many other Original Places for our Honorable appreciations. Hoorah!

The staff are always friendly and the drive thru line tends to move decently quick except when morons block the drive thru exit and you’re stuck sitting there for 3 minutes while your food gets cold. I also wish they would make one of the two lanes an express lane for pickup orders, I think that would make the lanes move much more faster too.

By far the worst service you will receive at a Chick-fil-a. The store is in a terrible spot with terrible in and out access. Use the app order ahead and still have to sit in a stall and wait for your order to be ready. Not worth your time.
Rude cashiers. You hear online about how amazing their customer service is, yet clearly not seen at this location. Chicken sandwich was so dry. The McChicken is better, and McDonald’s staff aren’t as rude.

My 2nd review Sep 2014: I am now giving this branch 7 stars out of five on all categories. I've been here more than a dozen of times since my last review. There's no guessing if my food is good. The quality is very consistent - hot and fresh on my each visit.
The gentleman who is cleaning tables and serving customers - he is a tall black guy with glasses. Hats off to him. His work ethics is very respectable. I overheard his conversation with a group of young girls explaining the meaning of "My pleasure serving you today". "My pleasure" is serious and come from his heart. It is very difficult to find good staff who genuinely cares about customers. This branch of Chick Fil A truly opens up my eyes!!!! Absolutely well done and thank you.
My 1st review in Dec 2013: This chick-fil-a location truly deserves a 5/5 in every single category. Never mind about the food (yes, food is always fresh and served hot), the young staff here are amazing group of people. I witness an elderly man walking into the restaurant. He is probably in his mid to late 80s. All the staff said hi and greeted him. Not sure if he is actually a customer. However, It is very rare to see businesses have good ethics and show great respect to the elderly these days. I will be back here again and again. I can't wait for the Arden location to reopen as well.
