Love the food, but the service needs to he a bit better. 9/10 times we order take out via drive through, they forget to items. Have to double-check once they give me the food. I always ask if everything is there. They respond yes. But then again still missing stuff. **come on team you can do better**

This is the WORST Chick-fil-a I have EVER been to.I went this evening and unfortunately had some car trouble. One of the employees told me not to worry and just be safe and to park in the drive thru parking.I was stuck there for 3 hours due to the weather. When the tow truck driver got there one of the managers came out yelling at us to “hurry this up” and “wrap this up” not caring about the situation or the paying customer who just sat in your lobby for 3 hours and even got more food then planned.This was the worst experience and it wasn’t even because my car broke down it was because of the way I was treated by the employees.I’m hoping the general manager will make this right, I will be contacting them tomorrow and if it goes well I will update this review. As of now I’m highly disappointed how I was treated and shouldn’t be treated by someone getting paid $20 or more an hour.
