The service is terrible.There was no accountability for items missing from my order that was placed on the Chili’s app, and no response from management regarding refunding the items I paid for but didn’t receive. I am displeased and it seems the Sacramento Arden location chronically lacks professionalism.

Thank you to the server DONNIE!! She was not our server but ended up taking more care of us than our actual server: Melissa.
Had to wait 15 minutes to be seated and over half the restaurant was empty.
Once seated, Melissa asked our drinks to get started. The drinks and chips/salsa took over 10 minutes to get to us, so long that she came to us to order our food before ever bringing our drinks and appetizers. We had to remind her about the drinks. When we finally got our drinks, no straws and weren’t offer any. Melissa would rush away after giving us something. Luckily, the sweet server Donnie served us some even though we weren’t her table. We ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and it came out grilled. It had to be returned and took another 15 minutes to get the remake. Donnie was again the one that helped with getting my meal correct. I had suggested just to switch the patty to avoid another wait but I had to send the entire meal back. That part is okay, but it took a while and my husband ended up waiting for my food to come back to continue eating his which ultimately made his go cold. On a good note, once I got the correct order, the food was delicious so kodos to the cooks but service was trash. Melissa never checked on us until the very end when I pulled out a $20.
Oh and management? What’s that. The manager walked right past us twice while waiting for my remake, no acknowledgement until my husband mentioned out loud about his food getting cold waiting on my meal to come back. Then the manager came to give us a petty “I’m aware of the sandwich, we are getting it remade.” My husband tells him back it’s my birthday and it we can just get the desert without any singing, since we were pretty annoyed already by the service. He said “ok. Do you want it now or what”
I gave the tip to the server that actually helped us. Thank you Donnie. Mind you, this was a birthday lunch as it’s my birthday. Not the best choice to celebrate here with the service we got. Won’t be returning to this one

I came in with my sister on Thursday evening the wait wasn’t bad it went pretty fast. Great experience overall. The manager and server was very pleasant and was on top of things. Sad she went on break for a little bit but great recovery. We received a free dessert thanks and shout out to the manager. Sorry I’m not good with names! Will be back!

Nick the bartender made the best strawberry marg I had in my life !!!!!! And Jessie was the best server you could’ve asked for especially during a busy Sunday 🙂
Bomb.com on the burgers. I got their 3 for special and was not disappointed. Will enjoy again!

The hostess just hand us the menus and just said find a table. Our server was amazing very helpful and patient with my son. The food came out so quick you could it wasn't fresh or even hot. Like the cheese didn't even melt at all.

Horrible horrible place , the food comes out cold and looks old , the servers are always nice so it’s unfortunate that the management is trash , today they were turning away black people , turned us away because we had a graduation party of 20 that was the excuse but then another black family of 5 went in and got turned away but others didn’t, I’ll never go back

Just had a wonderful date night at Chili's- got the Smokehouse BBQ combo, which was delicious, a great price , and enough to feed two with leftovers! Our server Chelsea was awesome, super attentive but didn't hover, and anticipated what we needed perfectly! Super sweet and efficient! You could tell she was on it.

I have had some bad dining experiences before, but my visit to Chili’s on Arden truly takes the cake—or, in this case, the wrong meal, twice.
Let me start with the one bright spot: Raul. He was the only person who seemed remotely interested in making sure we had a decent experience, and I truly appreciate his effort. Unfortunately, he was left to fend for himself while the other manager, Delaysha, was nowhere to be found.
From the start, it was clear that things were not running smoothly. Our bartender, Haley, was completely overwhelmed, lost in the weeds, and struggling to keep up. To make matters worse, she was clearly not feeling well and mentioned she couldn’t get her shift covered. So now, not only are we dealing with chaos and delays, but we also have a sick staff member handling drinks and interacting with guests. That’s a major concern in any restaurant.
But the real disaster? The kitchen.
A stranger and I placed our orders back-to-back. He not only received his food well before I did, but he also managed to finish his entire meal before my plate even arrived. When my food finally did show up, it was wrong—not once, but twice. By the time they managed to get it right, I was so frustrated that all I could do was laugh at how absurd the entire situation had become.
This was not just bad service; it was a complete failure in restaurant management. The lack of oversight, the disorganized service, and the sheer disregard for customer experience made it clear that this location is in serious need of leadership. Raul did everything he could, but without proper support, there was little he could do to salvage this train wreck of a meal.
Unfortunately, I won’t be back. If you’re considering dining here, be prepared for a night of confusion, delays, and disappointment—unless, of course, you enjoy watching a restaurant unravel in real time while being served by staff who should be home resting.

Coming for lunch and they tell you you got to wait 30 to 45 minutes to sit down I think that's ridiculous need to hire some more servers or pay them better
