Whenever I go I seat myself at the bar section. Food is always good and they always have deals if you just wanna share the food. The best alcohol drink is the berry one.

Went here last night, service was terrible at best. Several tables were left dirty and not cleaned for a long time after we sat down. Very few people there yet we didn't even get utensils even after the waiter said he would bring them, we had to ask someone else. Then they didn't even bring plates for the appetizer. Had to ask about that too. The food was decent. Ordered the chicken tortilla soup and it was literally served cold. Had to wait 20 minutes for them to make more. They didn't even remove it from the bill.\ My wife ate hers after the new one was brought but no cheese in it or tortilla strips. Very little chicken as well and it's kind of watery. I got mine to go, they also didn't include cheese or tortilla strips like they do everywhere else. Our waiter was apparently too busy so had to have someone else basically serve us and help us most of the time.\ I had to get the ketchup for myself as the one at our table was empty. Grabbed another, it was empty too. Had to go across to a different aisle to find one even partially full.\ The restaurant is nice looking but everything else is pretty bad. Will never come back here again. (luckily it's also not near our house).

But after waiting 30 minutes, seeing numerous waiters around but none taking our orders, and even our drink order being mixed up, it became apparent that it was best to pass on having dinner here this time.

Absolutely loved our meal! And it was diliverd, for free! Even my husband, who didn't even want anything (at first), suggested I post a review! The food was warm and so good! My husband said the cooks and staff take pride in their work ❤️ Thank you all for making our Saturday night dinner the best!

I went here last night for drinks with friends. Not the best experience. The waiters are not attentive and the ziosk at our table was dead. I asked a waitress for a glass of water and she flagged down our waitress to tell her. I had to ask 4 times for a to go cup and bag. No straw for my water and my food was cold when I got it.I understand restaurants get busy,but that's no excuse for such poor service. After visiting this location several times, I feel this Chili's staff needs training in customer service and how to operate during busy hours. I'm giving 2 stars because I feel my waitress Sophia did the best she could given the circumstances.

I love Chili's. I think it might be my new favorite restaurant. I just celebrated my anniversary with my wife there, and the food was amazing! A little heavy on the salt but still amazing. But what I love is the level of customer service. They really cater to your needs. They even help you save money on your meals! I will tell you I almost went to red lobster but there were no hosts to be found, the waiters were scarce, and there were at least 5 families waiting to be seated. I said \\\"let's go to Chili's instead.\\\" It was thee best decision I made all day!

Service was horrible. We had to ask for our check after sitting there for 15 full minutes after we were done eating and they weren't even busy! Then, after asking for the check, another 15 minutes went by and we were so disgusted that we just went and stood at the register for another 7 minutes before we finally paid for our meal! That's 37 minutes of our time that was totally wasted. Not to mention the salad had brown lettuce all throughout it, my ribs were tough and dry; the food was a total let down and definitely not worth the good money we spent on it. The only 2 things that were good was our dessert and our mixed cocktail drinks.

We were a party of 3.Service was great one of the waitress remembered me and my son from a prior visit and spoke to us. We didn't wait long for our food or drinks. The food was delicious. Our table ordered original and honey BBQ chicken strip and the fajitas. We each ordered a Margarita. Definitely will be back, great experience overall.

12/15/17, They are open now between IHOP and Buffalo Wild Wings. Service was very fast and friendly. Food was good and served promptly. Really enjoyed the experience and will go back again. Great location across from the Theater and other shopping.

This Chili's is hidden & difficult to see from the street. Such a bad location. That's too bad because this is a great place. We sat at the bar. The service was great. Mercedes "like in Benz" she said, was our server. Super cute, sense of humor & a really nice person. We ordered a drink. It was served fairly quickly & our order of chicken wings & fries was taken. The air was cool and crisp which is a relief from the hot summer day. While having a great conversation we were served a platter of wings that were steaming with melted cheese & sauce. The fries were average but I have to tell you. The wings were pretty good. It was a great place to stop for a quick snack & a cold drink. It's a comfortable spot so if you're going to be in the area of Howe Ave & Arden Way I recommend you try Chili's Bar & Grill.
