Very nice and helpful staff. Tons of seating, but not tons of parking. Great portions. There is outside seating, but it's not very spacious. Definitely a restaurant with midtown feel and budget friendly!

Andrew, whatever your name is, Work on your customer skills. Dumping other ingredients to make up for the grilled vegetables is diabolic. When the customer call you out on that, you give me attitude. If you don’t like your job stay home. The girl on register also had attitude for asking her for fork. Learn to treat the people who pay you.

Overall this place is fine, notice how i said fine. But this one customer, male, around 5’8, had a bowl cut, dark hair, and piercings was very disrespectful towards me. Not only did he talk to me with attitude but when he saw I was starting to get visibly upset, he does a smirky smile. I am not pleased with your chipotle worker, he worked on the line or cash. I will not be coming here, and i’ve shared my experience and they mentioned the same person being disrespectful. Chipotle fix this or I will contact HR!

Chipotle is one of the best food places I've ever been. The food here is more than great. Every time I get a burrito it is full and packed. My son also loves it. It's our lunch spot. The workers are kind to. Thanks again Chipotle.
Today, I had scheduled a group order that was cancelled by doordash for a party of 18. Usually, this would be a start to a bad review, but when i arrived on site, the whole team leaned in and helped me get the orders together, amid a lunch rush, and still diligently noted each persons name on their main dish, sides, sauces, and drinks. I could not have been more thrilled with their absolutely exceptional service, kindness, and flexibility.
This team, Midtown Chipotle those working 11:30-12:30 this afternoon made lunch for my team happen, and I was still able to bring the order back before lunch started. In a matter of minutes and with expertise, the full team leaned in, delegated, and helped me make lunch happen, one order at a time. 18 people got their lunch on time with the dedication and exceptional service of this team.
They all need raises, immediately. I also want to note that i wasn't able to tip this team on the card, and i wish that i was able to thank them in this way. As such, a note for Chipotle corp, LET US TIP YOUR EMPLOYEES on CARD, they are AMAZING and so well deserving.

I was really hungry and I was going around in circles looking for parking took me a while and then I did find parking. I was excited to come in to go eat. I was ready to order, but I went to the wrong line, the skinny worker that works there he responded to me in a very aggressive way which I did not like. He has an attitude problem the moment I stepped in the establishment. And I’ve been looking at the reviews. A lot of people are making the same complaints about how aggressive he responds to people. I think he’s in the wrong field. He should be doing something else because that’s not a proper way to talk to people.

It's just okay it's Chipotle it's goyslop, if Chipotle could do one thing differently I would say that they should make fresh tortillas because the tortillas they use are so trash absolutely
