Like the last reviewer, I was ordered a burrito (through a work lunch), and I got a cold burrito. The tortilla was cold, cheese wasn’t melted - it was just clumped to one side. Rice was cold. The beans and chicken were just luke warm.And the flavors were way off. Peppers and onions had a weird off putting seasoning to them. The rice was incredibly salty; basically inedible. Chicken had some grizzly pieces. I’d say the only thing I liked were the pinto beans, corn salsa and some of the chicken.I notice this spot gets a 3.1 rating and the one in midtown gets a 4.1. So maybe it’s a location thing with quality control. Either way, this is why I never order Chipotle. Its always a disappointment.

Ordered thru the mobile app for the first time. They got my order wrong. Missing some toppings I requested for in my burrito bowl and the chips look dark and overcooked. It is also unsalted . Unfortunate experience . I usually order in person and there was never a mess up. I recommend ordering in person.

This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. They were out of lettuce, ice, Coke Zero syrup, and most of their meats with only one person working in the back and not even cooking anything.They stopped selling beer which is fine but the kid said- we don’t do that anymore, it’s outdated.The service was incredibly slow and the employees just sat around and chatted for the first 20 minutes we were in line. Do not recommend. Spend a little more money and go to Sauced next door.

Went to this chipotle last night (1/15/24) around 6:45 pm. The place was absolutely disgusting. The trash was overflowing and it was overall just very unsanitary. Every single table was dirty. They also claimed to be out of white rice, but this happens constantly. They aren’t actually out, they just don’t feel like making it. It is highly obvious because it happens so often at night. The employees let the place be like this, and they have the worst customer service as well. It has gotten so bad and someone really needs to be calling attention to this. They also close early often, even though they aren’t supposed too. Overall, not a good chipotle at all.

I wonder why this location has a low rating on Yelp. I made a mobile order for 3:20pm and when I arrived at 3:19 my order was ready. The store was clean and the service was good. The only reason why I took off 2 stars though is because I ask for extra items such as corn and salsa, and I feel like this bowl is actually less than a normal serving. If they gave me the appropriate proportion, than I would add 2 stars to this review. But overall solid Chipotle location.

BE AWARE: This location in DOCO is completely hit & miss. If you come too late in the day, they run out of chips. If you come too early in the morning some items aren't available since they haven't been prepped yet. Came to grab lunch here before my workout yesterday. I arrived at 10:45am and there was a line out front (store hours open at 10:30am) when they finally unlock the doors and let us order, to my not so surprise: no veggie's available, no guacamole available. So I left and came back around 2pm and all items were available. I usually get the BARBACOA BOWL. Shredded beef flavored just right. - white rice - black beans - veggies - barbacoa shredded beef - corn relish - sour cream - cheese - medium salsaI also get chips & guacamole on the side. Total is around $18

Location is convenient but this store is always packed. I usually do a mobile order but there have been times when the order was wrong. Mobile order is hit and miss with when it is ready, sometimes the time they give is not accurate. The food is good and the portion size is comparable to other locations. Overall, I think it is a great addition to DOCO but I feel that they can work on prioritizing mobile orders especially when they have been ordered well in advance of those who are ordering in person.

This place is really unorganized and unclean, there's outside food scattered everywhere. I came in to pick up a mobile order and they said they're out of carne asada but was making it and asked me to wait. There were four workers, one on the grill, one assembling, one cashier, and another was on break. The guy cooking was using foul language the entire conversation with the guy assembling the orders. Once the steak was done, the guy was chopping it and the other just walked around and stood around conversating. He didn't take the steak over to the counter until other people walked in and started ordering. My bowl wasn't completed until they've served all the walk ins despite I was there first, I also had a bag of chips with my order too. And they sold the last bag of chips to a customer walking in after me therefore had to refund me for my chips because they're sold out and weren't going to make another batch even though they're still open for another 6 hours for business. Def not coming back.
