Ordered thru the mobile app for the first time. They got my order wrong. Missing some toppings I requested for in my burrito bowl and the chips look dark and overcooked. It is also unsalted . Unfortunate experience . I usually order in person and there was never a mess up. I recommend ordering in person.
This rude employee was heavily judging me for just ordering rice and corn from your guys chipotle. I have severe food allergies and I don’t appreciate being judged. She was wearing a black hat and her hair was red and purple braided, she told her co worker in a rude tone of voice “it’s just rice and corn” and gave me a dirty

Like the last reviewer, I was ordered a burrito (through a work lunch), and I got a cold burrito. The tortilla was cold, cheese wasn’t melted - it was just clumped to one side. Rice was cold.
