I had a really good experience at Chipotle. The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared just the way I wanted. The ingredients tasted clean and the portions were generous. The staff was quick, friendly, and kept the line moving smoothly. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, making the whole visit easy and enjoyable. The people were moving so fast. I couldn't even get my thoughts together on what I want for my food. Then, when we get to the register, the payment part, the guy tells me what the total is, and I pay. And I'm like, wait, are there chips? They did not ask if I wanted chips. (The chips were stale.) It was just like, let's hurry up and go. And there were so many homeless people hanging out outside, and when I walked my car, somebody had freshly thrown up right there...

Chipotle used to have its own unique vibe. Those days have long passed. This particular location, however, is notably drab. The number of homeless hanging around outside often outnumber the amount of people inside. The staff (not counting this visit) seem bottom-of-the-barrel, as far as quality and service. Though, on this particular visit, the staff were friendly. I'm bummed that Chipotle lost its unique vibe.
