This place is horrible. I got my food it was so salty and cold. I Tried to take it back to get a refund and the manager, so she says was so rude. She should be fired for her customer service skills. I was a secret shopper and they failed in every way. Pick a different chipotle by far this is one of the worst restaurants I’ve been to as a secret shopper/investigator. I had to call cooperate to get the information I needed to complete my shop. The manager was just so rude and even tried to bring up race issue.

The place was a mess! Half of the items were out, manager said she didn't have time to make more. Got my food at 7pm. Lettuce was brown. The food was extremely salty. Horrible experience. I wouldn't go there. The table was a disaster and the table behind the service station was filled with dishes. No wait maybe 7-8 in the restaurant.

How has the quesadilla machine been broken for over six weeks? After late night sports practice every few weeks my son wants chipotle for dinner. We pop in for a steak quesadilla..."sorry the machine is broken" ok I understand but its been over SIX WEEKS...."sorry the machine is broken".....today at 2pm...."sorry the machine is broken"...is it REALLY....or are the kids too lazy to make them???? Loehmann's plaza chipotle is TERRIBLE.

I love the food at chipotle but this location really put me off of going. I've never experienced more rude staff. The manager Ashley i believe is her name provided me no support and made me feel like I greatly inconvenienced her for coming in ONE HOUR before they closed. If you are not going to have your ingredients or the right attitude to serve guests an hour before close, then you need to just close early. I will not be returning and encourage others to either try another chipotle location or eat elsewhere.

Fool me once.... Gave them a second chance and won't be back. I love chipotle but this particular location sucks. Staff could care less. Entire staff looks like they know how to roll a blunt but can't roll a burrito. My burrito was trash. Customers in front of me ordered a quesadilla. Staff said the machine was broken. They walked out super upset. Dude there's nobody in line, just make the quesadilla and throw it in the burrito press for a minute and take care of your customers. What a joke.

CHOOSE A DIFFERENT LOCATION TO ORDER FROM!!!I don't understand how this location is still open. Unfortunately we accidentally ordered here instead of the one on Howe. We received brown guac this time. Everytime we place an order at this location the food quality and service is extremely poor. It doesn't matter what time of day or what you order, there is a guarantee that it will be incorrect and of poor quality.
