I've been coming to this chipotle for YEARS and never had an experience like the one I did today. I don't remember who the girls name was because I didn't look at her badge, but she was the Hispanic girl with glasses working the morning shift. She was extremely energetic, engaging, helpful, and more than willing to meet standards when it comes to getting people's orders right. I was genuinely impressed with her overall performance with the job and if I had my physical wallet on me at the time, I would've tipped her. I don't ever write these reviews so that should tell you enough of how impressed I was. Make her a manager or something cause she's really good at her job!

NOTE: Changing from 5 star to 1 star 4/7/2024.Used to be a five star experience, but it's gone downhill. Employees focus on online orders despite nobody there for pickup (waited 5-10mins at the front), and they even charged me extra for a double wrapped burrito (+50c). This was never a thing, I guess management changed? Huge shame, the old management was always amazing, but this place has gone downhill. Was nice while it lasted.

I don’t understand why, but it seems like every time I come to chipotle they run out of their dressing for their salad. They prioritize every other item on the menu except that. And you wait in line just like everybody else to get your food and then they tell you that they don’t have it and they’re not gonna make it and you’re just SOL.

Got food poisoning from a chicken bowl.Should’ve listened to my brother about Chipotle but I’d been getting the burritos and air frying them so that must’ve been what protected me up to this point.
Normally I never have a problem at this location, but to pay $30 to have my food thrown into a bag so hard that the guacamole side broke open and my food bowl as well! Straight waste of money ??

This location was super busy and somewhat clean. Wonderful customer service. This location has the heater lamp as you walk into the building.Vegetarian options: You still get full without meat products. You feel better after you eat it. Your digestive system will appreciate the vegetarian options
