I'm sorry I do like this place but I had to give only 2 stars because the loehmann's plaza location where I go is all over the place. I've visited several times to find they weren't open that day, for what reason? Who knows. Guess I'll be looking for another location

Cookies are great and there's a lot of variety, but I must be having some bad luck because out of the 4 visits I've made in the past few months they've been closed 3 of those times without any explanation even though it's within their business hours. Kind of frustrating. Just wish they were more consistent with their staffing/scheduling.

Usually have good experiences here, but they’re closed for “Columbus Day” - didn’t see any advance notice and Google still has them as “open.” Please don’t close for a “holiday” that perpetuates one of the greatest lies of American history.

I honestly like the cookies here yet it so disappointing that theres always out of stock yet open till 930ish i believe and i went around 5. How that business going?? What makes me upset too is they said they ran out of bags and box. Wth???they only gonna serve it on wax paper which is if u buy a dozen u have to hold it. They don't have anything.. that is crazy...

I always love this place. Great service everytime I go. There is always a great selection to choose from. Sometimes you can find great deals on Groupon and it is well worth it.

I went on a Thursday at around 3:30 and it was closed. I would have appreciated a sign in the window telling me why. The cookies taste good, but they frequently run out of some flavors early in the day.

I've been here a couple times and really enjoy their cookies. They're not too crispy or break-apart soft, just the right texture, and taste great.
They are going out of business??? Stopped by to redeem my Groupon and it's completely EMPTY INSIDE!!!!!!!

Great cookies, they get a price drop next day or in the afternoon, but the later you go the more likley the cookie you want will be sold out.

I'm sincerely bummed. I use to love this place, but it's about 30 minutes from home, so I don't get to the area often. I read some recent reviews, and I thought people were being a little harsh and I was surprised. So, being in the area, I went in and I have to say I agree. Where it used to be more like maybe mom's homemade cookies, they seemed more..... commercial?? For lack of a better description, maybe like "corporate cookies". I wanted to sink my teeth in to get some density and texture, and while there was nothing wrong with them (it's pretty hard to mess up a cookie), these were more smooth-ish and .... ordinary? They didn't have much substance. They tasted fine, but maybe like they weren't really worth the calories or the $3.20 for 2 cookies. I might not go back. I might get a better cookie fix from the grocery bakery. See what you think..
