Cool Tea Bar used to be my favorite place to come for milk tea but over the years service and quality has fallen by the wayside. Today I came in for a quick #1 Roasted Milk Tea with Grass Jelly. Took almost an hour. At first I didn't mind waiting because my kid was playing with the games until I realized it was half an hour later and I still didn't have my drink. No notice was given to any of the 15 other waiting customers. The staff here have zero customer service. They gave no explanation as to why drinks were taking so long and didn't apologize either. The years of declining service and the rise of many newer places that actually want my business, I'm sorry to say this will be my last visit here. Good luck to you if this is how you now operate.

I absolutely love this place! During quarantine I would come by from time to time because it was the only great bubble tea spot that is beyond amazing . The prices are really good for the different variety of drinks, the bubble tea always comes out very refreshing, very pretty with the decor they put up, and my favorite part of the store is how welcoming and kind the staff is each visit. A lot of places can create bubble tea but when there is staff who make customers feel welcomed and valued that’s what really sets the bar. They are also very helpful too! Recently I’ve ordered delivery from this place and whether it’s inside or take out Cool Tea Bar delivers what they promise . Everything is highly appreciated, thank you so much!! :)

Boba here is okay. Nothing crazy but they are good value. Ordered two drinks and they switched the sweetnesses on them one was full the other was half so minus one star for that

My sister bought Matcha milk tea w/ Boba and I don't think I will ever come here again. The first sip of the drink, it's disgusting. ? It tastes like fish. I just can't.......?

I went in to buy a taro milk tea large size and as I keep drinking the milk tea yet this is the worst milk tea I have had the guy used so much powder in the drink and I throw up after I drink almost half way. All I tasted was the powder as I drink it. I didn’t taste any juice.
