Staff didn’t know the correct method for getting your birthday cookie. You don’t need the app for 6 months to get the free cookie. But you do have to have it for a few days before your actual birthday. It then sends you a voucher through the app to use.
Okay… I’m changing my review. Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like it used to be yummier. Also, I used to doordash my orders, but have recently gone in a few times and I’m irked by the process. Okay, so you want me to order on your little tablet so you don’t have to employ someone to speak to customers. My 102 years young momma loves the Oatmeal Raisin cookies. We’ve been waiting for this variety to come around in the rotation and she is so happy. I purchased one for her yesterday when I bought some as a gift for another person and she asked me this morning to have some delivered today! She is hooked
