All the food we got was delicious, homemade, and reasonably priced. Great server recommendations on drinks and accomodations for food allergies. Nice design and decor, nothing distracting and I easily see how they host weddings and other special events. The only reason I give it lower than a 5 is because they were getting ready to close the upstairs dining room and sat us there then were closing up and cleaning while we were eating. They insisted we were fine to stay up there but we would have enjoyed our experience better had we been downstairs.

Great place for brunch! Had the dinner plate this morning, my standard 2 OM. Came with bacon and coloured fingerling potatoes, toast and lightly battered onions for 10$ on a faux iron baking pan. Food was tasty and just perfect portions... they were not shy with the bacon! Fun nerdy atmosphere playing rat pack and other jazz, good place to relax and play one of the board games with either food or just coffee. Will definately eat here again...

With a plant-based menu like this place has, I really wanted to fall in love with my food. But, alas, what I ordered was underwhelming. I got the plant-based grilled "cheese" with eggplant bacon, tomato soup, and brussels sprouts on the side. Unfortunately, the eggplant bacon was inedible. It was so chewy that I was unable to... well... chew it. However, the tomato soup was a nice touch, and the upgrade to flash fried brussels sprouts was worth it. It was really nice to have an option to get a (somewhat indulgent) green veggie as a side. They were perfectly crispy and delicious. I really want to believe that I ordered the "wrong" menu item, and that the rest of the menu is absurdly amazing. That's why I would give Culinerdy another chance in the future. The fact that they have vegan macaroni options makes me very excited. I also take full responsibility for not informing any of the staff about my dissatisfaction with my meal because they were very kind, and I fully believe they would have accommodated me if I had. (*Blushes*). While Culinerdy offers beer, I really wish they offered wine as well. Why (wine) not?

Yup, Yelp did not disappoint! Food was delicious; I had the French toast and the wife had banana foster gluten free pancakes. We both had mimosas, I wanted a Bloody Mary but they were out of mix. Our friends ordered the buttermilk pancakes (one strawberry, one banana and one peanut butter & chocolate) and the breakfast burger. The burger wasn't a hit so our server exchanged it for French toast no problem. Street parking wasn't hard to find on a Sunday at 11, we walked right in and sat down. Atmosphere was fun and easy, nerdy art and games everywhere. The check came in a journal book and cotton candy. Will be back the next time in I'm in Sac

My friend took me to Culinerdy when I visited Sacramento for a meeting. When you walk in, there is a lot to look at; most of the decor is "nerdy" stuff i.e., Rubix cubes and comic books. The place is decked out with lights and a mini UFO. The coolest thing about the menu is the variety. They serve food for meat lovers to hardcore vegans. The two sides they offer are french fries and Brussel sprouts. You can have them plain or decked out with a house sauce and onions. I got plain fries that were fried to perfection. I also got the macaroni and cheeseburger, which included a fat juicy patty with mac-n-cheese globbed on top of a toasted and buttered bun. Honestly, it was one of the most magical things I have ever eaten before. My friend got the vegan option with decked out Brussel sprouts, which looked equally as amazing. They offered us dessert, but after our hearty meal, we couldn't eat anymore. I did take notice of the variety of burgers and meals around us. Everything looked delicious. They do have a children's menu, and the decor is very interactive for kids. The restaurant is on a busy street, but there is street parking. Its also within walking distance of many of the capital/government buildings, which is super convenient.

I wanted to like this place so bad. I had heard good things about the food truck and, as a vegetarian, I am always looking for options that are plant based. We ordered the food to go and brought it back to the office for a meeting. I had the bruschetta mac and cheese and it was delicious - no doubt about it. That being said, within about twenty minutes, it became clear that whatever was in the food did not agree with my stomach. I will spare you the gory details, but, I only ate about half of what I ordered and I won't be back - to the kitchen or the food truck.

We loved this place! So many cool things to look at while you wait for your food and the tables are themed. (we got Star Trek) The waitress was super friendly and helpful by letting us know all our options. We ended up all getting what we wanted sweet and savory. The pancakes options were my favorite part. We will definitely be returning soon and leaving with a high recommendation.

We went for lunch on a Wednesday, no wait, great staff....phenomenal food. Like 10/10 delicious. We are really upset we haven't found them sooner. If you are trying to eat light wouldn't recommend but other than that every item we had was excellent. We had two grilled cheeses and their special fries, man I can't tell you how good it was....so good we are going back today to try the brunch menu!!!

Very well kept and accessible spot. They offer generous meals and for fair prices. I loved the meals very much and the staff members were very amiable and explanatory. Will definitely recommend this spot.
