The ambiance of candlelight, bright artwork, and metal music playing at a conversational level was enough to make me stay. But throw in a very vegan-friendly menu and delicious coffee and I'm swooning. This place was cool! I wish they had more/better outdoor seating but they did have the big roll up window things open which was nice. The sandwich was tasty, I wouldn't say it's my favorite breakfast sandwich in all of sacramento but it was good. The quiche was as well. The register person was super nice, loved his vibe. Immortal Cafe gets 5 stars for their delicious food and drinks! I had the vanilla latte and a breakfast sandwich, and both were fantastic. I honestly didn't expect the breakfast sandwich to be so good without having any meat. The latte was smooth and flavorful, and the sandwich was perfectly cooked. The only downside was the music - the rock music was a bit too loud for conversation and focusing. Otherwise, it was a great experience!
