The restaurant is known for its tender and juicy chicken strips, crunchy and flaky snapper, and flavorful collard greens. The fried catfish is highlighted as hands down the best, not greasy and very flavorful, and the mac and cheese is cheesy and creamy. The garlic fries are fresh, hot, and crispy, while the ox tail and gumbo are highly recommended as well. The portions are large, and the customer service is reported to be wonderful, with friendly staff who are sweet and attentive. The food is cooked fresh right when ordered, and the seasoning is good and punchy. The owners, Ruth and Kyle, are the kindest and most down-to-earth people, making the experience even better. The restaurant has a fun and lively atmosphere, with a full speaker system, LED strip lighting, and classic Bay Area music playing. Overall, Delicious Dishez provides a satisfying "down home" dining experience with amazing food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere.
