I HAVE DIED AND GONE TO SOUL FOOD HEAVEN!!!!!?????? Chef Ruth & Kyle have it goin' on over here off Truxel & San Juan!!! Their food is FAN-FREAKIN-TASTIC!!! I'm a Southern Belle, so I know great SOUL FOOD when I taste it!!! The Chicken Strips were so tender and juicy! The Snapper was crunchy and flaky...I love the seasoning they use!! THEM COLLARDS BABY!!! OOOOOWEEEEE!!! Talk about TENDER!!! And oh so flavorful!! The Mac&Cheese was so cheesy and creamy, without being greasy...so good!! The garlic fries were so fresh, hot and crispy!! And all the portions were big! To say I'm one satisfied customer...is an understatement...If you are in the mood for a "down home" "Deep South" dining experience from a Food Truck...come on down here to Delicious Dishez!!! ???
