I tried this on my first date and got thee coldest pulled pork I've ever had in my life. The corn bread could break your teeth. Bland, stale, undercooked. Took one bite and did not finish and service was atrocious. I even had to help the cashier count correctly and I tipped him like an idiot. I had to give my date a warmer piece of bread. I actually did enjoy the airport cold food better.

Very expensive for very minimal amount of food that isn't even seasoned or marinated just bland taste over hyped
I didn't like the look you get from the crowd/workers inside not very welcoming more of a place where only country style is allowed

Great customer service! Wanted less/ no salt on the ribs-was able to call before 10am to ask for the special order- Amed did a great job!! Even pack order when I got there so it will be fresh. I especially like the combos. I will Certainly order more from this place ?

Terrible. We patron this restaurant rarely and this experience solidifies that stance.
The issues are many.
1. Service is lacking. The cashier didn't know how to use the offer discount on the corporate app.
2. The big Dickey's yellow cup was not available, and so they had throw away cups, and we could not reimburse them for the reusable cups at a later time
3. Wanted to use our points and bday gift from our loyalty account. Their corporate did not load a bday gift on to our loyalty account and we were missing 8000 points.
Had contacted Dickey's customer service and CEO by certified letter about the reoccurring problem issue with no response. How is that for customer service! No courtesy whatsoever!
Buckhorn bbq provides superior product, taste, quantity, quality and service for better price.

Let me start off by stating, the single employee that manned this location was amazing. She was such a sweetheart. She was attentive to each customer as they entered and throughout the process of making all the online and in-store orders on her own.But sadly, that where anything positive ends. We got the 2 for $29 deal. Ribs, chicken, brisket sliced, and pulled pork. And let me tell you, when we say dry, we mean DRRRRRRYYYYYY. The brisket was falling apart into cubes, the chicken was like leather, pulled pork and and ribs were unbearable.We drenched each item in BBQ and did nothing.IM SO DISAPPOINTED IN THE FOOD HERE AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION
