For a store with such poor reviews I was honestly surprised how well my experience went. Order was prepared correctly and accurately my husband was the one that I sent in to pay for it and he said staff was friendly. Online ordering was super easy first time I have ever used it. Best part was I knew exactly when our stuff was being prepared and it gave me time to head out from my hotel we are staying at. Overall it’s pizza kinda hard to mess up forgot how good the cheesy bread sticks are! Thank you for your hard work I appreciated our dinner for our family while on vacation!

The staff doesn't have any manners about customer service and is super rude and disrespectful. Once you place an online order, they will make you wait until you get yourself in the store and ask them to prepare your order. Otherwise they keep themselves busy with their cellphone. Horrible store management and customer service.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while. Ordered food to go, and instead of giving me my food when it was done, the employees put it on the hot rack. They only realized their mistake when I brought up that I didn’t have my food that I ordered 25 minutes prior.Very frustrating experience watching employees stand and walk around instead of giving me my food.

Worst customer service I've ever encountered. I believe I was speaking to the manager and she was disrespectful on top of telling me she could be giving me better service but because she assumes that I am giving an attitude. She is going to keep things right where they are. I simply went into the store to pick up my pizza after paying for delivery and I just wanted my delivery fee refunded because I'm literally in the store picking it up. That went wrong and I apologize and she still had an attitude/was rude. I never wanted to deal with an automated system so badly. Keep driving past this location. Go to the next Domino's!

There customer service is so bad I called because when they delivered my food I was missing a sandwich the lady on the phone was so rude to me kept cutting me off and started having a conversation with someone else while I'm on the phone waiting for her to find out what happened to my food she kept huffing and being so rude to me IWill never order from here again!!!!!

I usually don't leaves reviews, but last night they really made me angry. First of all, I believe they have a new manager and he don't even speak English. Then he hired a group of girls that can barely speak English aswell. Or they was pretending that they can't. Before placing me on hold, I heard them laughing in a background like it was a joke because I kept repeatedly asking for the manager because they refuse to take my order over the phone. They hung up on me TWICE. Then they stopped answering my calls. I had to use my Mom cellphone to see if they would pick up the phone if it was another number. These new workers and childish and rude. I never even got a chance to order my pizza because they kept playing on the phone. I use to NEVER have problems with this location until now. So I'm assuming because of a new manager. I will never order from this place again.

They messed up my order very disappointed. ask for 2 medium pizzas 2 topping one with sausage an mushrooms an one pineapple with ham an 2 things ranch an marinara sause an garlic nots ended up not getting sausage!! on the pizza ended up with 2 pizzas with pineapple an mushrooms an the one with ham an 1 ranch an got the marinara an iceing didn't ask for iceing so a total waist I recommend not going here EVER!!!!!
